Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan, ceramic tile floors, and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain and are waiting on your memories. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Duo Keurig coffee maker (uses grinds or k-cups), crock-pot, griddle, dishes, pots pans, and even BBQ utensils you can use to grill out with at the communal grill out by the pool. Dine beside the large window at the table with seating for four and additional stools for four more at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the large sectional couch (nestled inside is a queen sleeper if needed) with 2 extra chairs for additional seating. After a full day cruising town on the golf cart or at the beach, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a King bed &nightstands. The ensuite bathroom holds a large tile stand-alone shower and vanity. Up the stairs, to the third level, you will find the remaining bedrooms and another shared living area. The guest bedroom (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstand, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a large shower which is also accessible from the hallway. (BR3) Is an additional master with another King size bed, nightstand & wall-mounted TV. The private bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combo. The shared living room provides an area for the kids to play on the classic NBA JAM or wind down watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV cuddled up on the Queen sofa sleeper or two chairs. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean while having your morning coffee from the canvas-covered observation deck that can be accessed by the covered patio on this level. Head over to the shared pool, which is heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and picnic tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

In the off-season, between December thru the end of Spring Break, the Pool is ONLY heated on the weekends, with the exception of the weeks of Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
