The Location
On your walk to the sand, youā€™ll be able to stop in a variety of shops, cafes, or restaurants that line the main street. While staying at this townhouse, youā€™ll have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool complete with loungers, new pergola and cabana area. There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!
The Space
Charming Coastal townhome built in 2019. This townhome offers an open floor plan with enjoyable amenities for everyone. It makes for an excellent home away from home w/ the beautiful open kitchen & living room, 3 king beds, 5 twin beds & sleeper sofas & room for air mattresses.
The brand new fully equipped kitchen is every chefā€™s dream complete with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Prepare 3-course meals or beachfront picnics with ease.
Unwind from your day with a relaxing luxurious living space. Relax on the large, spacious patio for a game of cornhole, big connect four, or giant Jenga. Enjoy the sea breeze while swaying in the hammocks. Donā€™t forget the foosball table located in the game room upstairs!
Finally, retreat to the bedroom for a peaceful, quiet night's sleep. Every bedroom is also outfitted with a Smart TV so you can curl up in bed and watch your favorite series. There is plenty of closet space and hangers for all your favorite outfits, and a small luggage rack for your bags. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks a beautiful view of the pool & pond.
There are 2 laundry rooms- one located on each floor too.

There is plenty of parking available! Entire Townhome and Community Pool- codes will be given upon booking.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire space; kitchen, laundry, garage, pantry, etc.
- Check-in is anytime after 3PM- Early check-in is available upon request (depending on housekeeping schedule) for an additional $150.
- Check out by 10AM
-Check In/Out instructions will be sent via message the day before.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours per day. Please be considerate.
- Smoking/Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- A $500 deposit will be applied to the booking credit card the day of arrival and will be refunded back to the credit card 3 days after check-out. This deposit will cover any damages during your stay. Broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
Other things to note
NO Smoking! - Rentals will be charged a non-compliance fee of $500 if evidence of ANY smoking is found.

Loved this Place!

This is the first time we've been to the Cocoa Beach area and we were so IMPRESSED with our accommodations here. Ciarra was super-responsive to everything and the condo was absolutely gorgeous. :) We will be back, for sure :)

Very nice accommodations with excellent sleeping options. We appreciate the single beds in mutiple rooms. Big outside area which was ideal for socializing, playing corn hole, and grilling. Property is located very close to the beach, grocery stores. and restaurants. Manager/owner was very responsive leading up to our stay. No issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

Your home exceeded our expectations! I have rented many VRBO's in many states and this one was head and shoulders above the rest. You have provided the guests with every possible thing they could need and then some. The only thing that we missed was a cooler that would have been nice. And honestly, I wanted to buy one and leave as a token of our appreciation but we ran out of time. I will be shipping one to you as a thank you!

Annual Mother day family trip

we had a family of 16 10 adults and 6 children. the house accommodate everyone. we cook out on the grill. the amenities was enough. just one side of hose water pressure was low for as taking shower. the beach was just a min or 2 drive . we enjoyed our stay. we will come back

This house was very clean. Issues Sleeps 12, but only 6 chairs at dining room table where do the other 6 sit? Living room seats 7 where do other 5 sit? Home was very clean and spacious and able to accommodate our group of 12 very fine. Homeowner was very responsive answering questions leading up to our trip . Pool was very small and consumed by spring breakerā€˜s entire time we were there spring breakers who stayed up until early morning hours and noise we would hear untill 1am. Home was stocked with v. limited supplies ( three dishwasher pods one roll of paper towels and limited paper product) for a short vacation stay we had to make trips to the store so that we could buy more product and cooking in the home was not very possible we had limited supplies. Our goal was to leave home as clean as it was when we got there but we had to go to the store and buy more product to do so. Thank you for having us and for the hospitality!

Beautiful & spacious home for family vacation!

The place was spacious enough for our family trip (8 adults, 2 infants). Only complaint was that the kitchen had the bare minimum of everything which led us to having to buy a lot more supplies than weā€™d of liked after spending so much already. Overall, great location and perfect for a large family gathering!

Fun times in Florida

Overall, everything was great. We enjoyed our stay at this property! We were close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The host, Lazaro, was prompt with responses to questions before and after our arrival. The unit was well cared for and very clean! Plenty of space. We felt the property could use a few more appointments, such as 2 nightstands at beds intended for 2, additional livingroom furniture as we had to use kitchen counter stools as additional seating for our group of 9, and wondered why the main level master bedroom does not have a TV. Large closets with minimal hangers provided. Not a huge problem, but for those traveling by air, suitcase weight is monitored. It would be helpful if instructions would be provided for visitors for use of bedroom safe, television/cable/Netflix/Hulu, washer/dryer, etc. Plumbing issue was addressed promptly, however unable to correct completely during our stay. We were unable to use the spa bathtub and one bath on second level had slow running water.

Excellent place for 2 big families to stay and relax!

We had 2 families of 5 stay at this property and had such a great time. The house was spacious enough for all of us to spread out. Everything was very neat and clean. We did have a problem with the front door lock but I contacted the owner and he got back to me right away with a solution. Very responsive throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. The house was within walking distance to the beach or a short drive. There were restaurants that were also within walking distance or a short drive. Cocoa Beach was about a 20-minute drive. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back to stay again!

Wonderful Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We came into the house and were short beds for the number of people we had, but we reached out to Lazaro and he came as soon as he could to get us the extra mattresses they had stored. It was the perfect location for everything we needed and we had a great time since all of us were able to be under one roof. We have already decided that if we come back to Florida for the tournament next year, we want to stay at these beautiful townhomes again!

Overall very good

We had great time during our stay just a few hiccups I wasnā€™t completely satisfied with. The game room was supposed to have a football table or Pac-Man there was nothing other than tv and gaming chairs. There was supposed to be a grill. The only grill was a very small gas grill in the community pool area. There was charcoal in the garage but no grill to put it in. Two doors were locked upstairs, I think they were both closets. One of the fans upstairs didnā€™t work. Finally there were lots of cobwebs. All of these listed were only minor inconveniences, with the price paid it was just disappointing. We still had a great time! Property manager was great, he was always pleasant and responded quickly all questions.

Beautiful and perfectly located

Six friends and myself stayed at Fortebello during our week of Dragon Boat camp at Paddles and Oars Park. It was the perfect location to all the camp events as well as restaurants, groceries or any shopping need. The house was beautiful and gave us lots of space and privacy for quiet time. It was also great to have so many beautiful bathrooms. The house was well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable which was important since we worked our bodies hard and got up at 5:30 every day. It would have been nice to have a few more dish sets since the house accommodates so many guests but paper plates and bowls worked out fine. Lazaro was quick to respond to every inquiry. He even contacted me about the power outage and when the electric would return. I have recommended the house to many other Dragon Boaters who attend camp each year. If we have a large group next year I will certainly return.

Spacious and New townhome

This spacious and new townhome worked well for our group of 8 adults and 6 children (14 total), which is the maximum sleeping capacity. A great location to both the beach and river, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Conveniently located within the complex directly across from the pool and the communal gas grill. A patio table and chairs would be a good addition to the unit. With a large group like ours, we needed to purchase disposable plates and silverware, which is not all bad as it made clean up much easier.
