5% percent discount on weekly and monthly rental. 3165 Sq. ft. living area. Great location with easy access to the mainland. Grocery store (publix), shopping, and restaurants four miles from the house.

Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 2-day advance notice. Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated at 82 °. Pool size: 11’ x 22’ x 5' Pool Heater only available with temperatures above 60.
It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety, which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home. Security cameras front of house and pool area.

Family reunions, business travelers, and friends traveling together are all welcome. Take advantage of this beach location to enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and miles of beach combing walks. All spacious bedrooms are upstairs. On the first floor, you'll find a living and dining area with a view of pool and convenient private beach walk over to your own secluded beach. A fully accessorized kitchen with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances is available for entertaining and relaxation.
No RVs or trailers allowed

We strive for a 5-star review, and if you aren’t experiencing this, please let us know so we can make it right. PLEASE DO NOT park cars or golf carts on the grass.

Harbor Island beach house is the best! The home was clean, well appointed, fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and relax. Morning coffees were enjoyed relaxing poolside with great sunny southern exposure lasting throughout the day. Tim is a great host, easy to communicate with and responsive. I highly recommend this property and host, it will exceed your expectations for location, convenience, safety and property elegance. We look forward to our next stay at the Harbor Island beach House

BESR BEACH GETAWAY

WOW ! The whole area is built for enjoying time with family and friends. We rented golf carts and took full advantage of the community pool and secluded beach! This unit is PERFECTLY suited to enjoy time together and have plenty of space to retreat together in private spaces too. Kitchen is large and open. Easy to prep meals together. Private pool is just perfect. The open area behind the house worked for frisbee and bocce. We had a hard time leaving! Looking forward to a return trip soon I hope.

Family Get Together

The property we stayed at over June 20th weekend was very nice. Clean, pretty well supplied (as far as cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc). Pool was very nice; community pool was great too. Unfortunately, the City of Melbourne Beach apparently had a water main break a day before (idk as we weren’t aware) and at 10p all water in the house was shutoff. Obviously messaged host (even tho probably didn’t know what was happening either). Water did come back on at 8a the next morning but we were then under a ‘boil water’ notice for the entire rest of our stay (thru Monday). We decided to tough it out (host did offer us opportunity to cancel)..in retrospect I think we should have, it is already alot of work feeding 12 people (alot of them kiddos) but it involved several trips to Publix for MANY gallons of water). Just one of those weird things…but we did love the size of house,very comfortable, safe and plenty of bathrooms!! Which is so important with so many people! We all were able to sit at rhe same table for meals, wash the zillion towels used, golf carted to the beach entrance and thoroughly enjoyed the big kitchen! The beach was not overly crowded like on the gulf. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful house. Everything about the house was perfect - the pool, neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of necessary supplies. Loved our stay!!

Our second time was excellent too

It was our family’s second year staying here and we loved it as much as we did the previous year. Everything was perfect and we had a fantastic week. Tim was a great, responsive host.

Melbourne Beach

We own a vacation home in Melbourne Beach but once or twice a year we have family visiting and need more space. Rented this property for 10 days. Highly recommend this property. New neighborhood with family homes and condos, all homes have swimming pools and there is a community pool. Do you have access and Beach access. Entire neighborhood is extremely well maintained. Also, don’t know how they do it, but there are no mosquitoes or no see ums. The property manager, very responsive. I wanted to add an additional day to my stay and he responded within the hour. They use great cleaners as the property was absolutely perfect. Have a great trash system where the neighborhood picks up the trash daily so do not need to deal with the Wednesday Saturday cycles that are used for Melbourne Beach. This property also has a two car garage so that is a nice plus. It has five bedrooms with four full baths upstairs and they are nice size rooms and bathrooms. There is also a full bath outside in the pool area so great for removing beach, sand, etc., before going into the house. As I said once or twice a year, we are always looking for additional space and this is the nicest space I have rented Thus far.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!

The house was exactly as expected from the listing. It was very clean, fresh, and modern. Our family used the pool, hot tub and patio a TON. The neighboorhood felt extremely safe and friedly. Though we didn't know the neighboors, it felt like we fit right in. The walk to the beach is just 5 minutes, and the bathrooms and showers near the beach were a nice perk. It was so nice to have some beach supplies at the house. From boogy boards, chairs, noodles, sand toys, a small sun umbrella and a wagon to haul it all. We also really appreciate VRBO's that have some cooking extras (like salt, spices, pam spray, etc.). These aren't guaranteed, but I would suggest going to the house first to see what may be available, then go grocery shopping after (Publix is only a 5 minute drive). We contribued a number of extra sundries for the next family - but were happy to do so. We would absolutely be willing to return for another stay in the future.

Fabulous stay

Spacious, comfortable place that had everything we needed. Very close walk to the beach with bathroom and shower area included by the beach. Very clean home, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Host very responsive to any questions we had. Great neighborhood. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Location, location, location!

Three blocks to the beach. Saw sea turtles nesting at night in the light of a full moon! Watched Space-x launch at night. Clean and modern house, with everything we needed. Especially liked the beach cart for taking our stuff to the beach.

The description of this property is spot on! It’s absolutely gorgeous inside! The pool area is amazing. We were there for a family wedding and it was perfect! The amenities are unbelievable! The house has everything!

Fabulous Family Vacation House

We had an amazing experience at this property. The house was immaculate!! Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary during our week and had enough room for the whole family. The pool was fabulous and being within easy walking distance to the beach was an added bonus. We explored the coast and went to Kennedy Space Center and also did a day trip to Orlando…returning to the pool and hot tub each night. Tim, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect house and host

Very big house, close and easy beach access, had lost of dishes for cooking, host returned text immediately when I had any questions. This was the perfect House.
