You can't get any closer than this! Slopeside unit located in the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village. The main lifts are just steps away.

750sf 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace and a convenient full kitchen means you can dine in whenever you like. The balcony overlooks Eagles Landing Plaza.

Enjoy the action in the village and on the slopes & Super Pipe while relaxing on the glass enclosed balcony.

The building has an elevator for your convenience. Guests can also access the Copper Mountain Athletic Club for a small daily fee, located in a separate building about a 5 minute walk away. It includes gym facilities, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, and additional paid services if desired such as massage.

The building has a community laundry room with coin operated washers/dryers. Parking for one vehicle is included and is mostly covered with a few outdoor spots.

Guest access
Located at the base of Copper Mountain, the mountain is right outside! The main American Eagle lift is just feet away. There is a super convenient ski locker located on the first floor near the lift so you never have to haul your gear around.

In the building there are two ski rental shops and a restaurant, and Starbucks is just outside the main entrance. The unit is also steps away from many of Copper's other restaurants and shops.

Other things to note

After Ski Season & Summer Season end, most of Copper’s restaurants, shops, and activities will be closed. From this time until ski or summer season begins is reflected by reduced nightly rates. Guests still enjoy staying, exploring, and visiting nearby towns (Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, etc). It is typically very quiet and peaceful.

Amazing Location and View

Heidi’s place was excellent - the view of and proximity to the American Eagle is unbeatable. The place is well kept. We had 6 adults… which was a little tight for the space. Value is unbeatable though!Parking is underneath the building and spots are mostly covered, but the parking spaces are tight. Kitchen has the essentials, but you will have to supplement if you want to cook large/complex meals.Heidi was an excellent host - she was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns we had promptly. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing view from the patio and steps from the American Eagle lift. Condo is just above the rental and BBQ places. Host was very responsive for questions. Overall condition of the condo was acceptable and served its purpose. Condo is in need of a full renovation, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Wear and tear of property is very apparent. All things considered we would stay here again.

First ski weekend

Cannot be said enough, the location is perfection!!! It was great being able to get up and watch Center Village come to life every morning, and then enjoy the afternoon concert from the "sunroom" Yes the unit is in an older building, but everything is clean and works well. Heidi was extremely responsive. The only thing to be aware of - if you have a first time skier with you, it can be difficult to "ski in" to Center Village as the slopes are a little steep - even though they are greens, but the shuttle was very efficient to get over to West Village. I am already planning out next year's trip and hope to stay here again.

AMAZING location, great ski condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent condo! As others have said, the decor is a little outdated, but it is CLEAN and COMFY and in the IDEAL location! The unit is well appointed with all of the kitchen stuff you'd need. It is in an absolutely amazing location, overlooking the American Eagle lift and the center of center village. Everything you could possibly need is right there in Center Village. There are two separate equipment rental shops in the same building as the condos. The sun porch is fabulous. Parking is fantastic. Covered, easily accessible from the condo. The only thing we hated about the condo was the showers. They were fine for a quick rinse, but not for a nice shower. The bathroom fans were also super loud, but we only ran them during and after the shower. Still, totally worth staying in the condo for the other amenities. Heidi was a great communicator and very helpful. Thank you, Heidi for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again (in fact, we've already sent the link to the listing to friends and family!!)

Broken items needing repair.

There were some items that needed attention. The master-bath sink's handle was broken and unusable. The kitchen sink's sprayer is broken. The flooring is in bad shape.

The location is unbeatable!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location, just feet away from everything, was terrific! Loved the parking garage and ski locker. The mattresses were like heaven after a long day of skiing. The unit could definitely be updated, but we were so happy with the location and views that we just didn't care! And Heidi was wonderful to work with.

Great Location in Central Copper Village!

If you're looking for ski-in ski-out this is a great property for you. Literally steps away from the American Eagle chair and the main central village with lots of restaurants and shops. We had a great time.

Good location BUT condo needs updating

The condo location was great, ski in and out. Check-in was seamless. The condo was clean. However, the condo really needs updating and painting. The owners of the property need to invest a little money in updating the linens and kitchen. The kitchen was lacking. It did have the normal appliances but if you are plan on cooking your meals this is not the kitchen for you. There were no mixing bowls, measuring cups, wine glasses, only 4 forks and knives, pans were old and need to be replaced. FYI the fireplace is wood burning not gas. We love Copper Mountain and would not rent the condo again unless it is updated.

Great Location and views from Porch. Needs updating and re-stocking.

While the unit was in a GREAT location, it really needs some love and care! The dishwasher wasn't really working well - I had to run everything twice and it still didn't clean very well. The sofa sleeper bed is basically unusable - there are two bars that run across that stick right up. The kitchen was bare minimum - no kettle, not very many pots & pans, no knife set, one wine glass only, for example. Also there was no kitchen cleaner supplies (like counter spray) - so it was hard to clean (just used hot water and dish soap). The unit itself was large and really functional. 1 Bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms. Nice large sitting area. With a little revamp, this unit would be AWESOME. It can be a little loud in early mornings, because the cat and half-pipe machines run outside: Still, not a bad problem to have!!

Perfect location

Couldn't ask for a better location at a very reasonable price! Right at the base of the lifts in Center Village, with a great balcony that overlooked all the action. Our family of four fit very nicely and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The management company was also very accommodating. We would definitely book again in the future.

Location Location Location!

We loved the location, couldn't beat it and loved the enclosed patio with the ability to open a window. Great afternoon sun and view of the mountain. Steps away from American Eagle. Bright sunny kitchen. Very clean. My only comment is that the mattresses and linens could be should be replaced. Very worn and not comfortable. We would come back and thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Location, Location, Location

The property was as advertised. You can walk out the ski storage room and walk 50 yards and you are at the Flyer lift.. The glassed in balcony overlooks the Flyer chair and the Centre of Centre village. Men do not sleep together,so I would suggest owners put in number of beds in each bedroom in their description to save the time when looking of going through photos first to see the bed situation. This 1 bedroom Condo has 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living area. Owners should check out their dishes and utensils and have complete sets for at least 4 people. As 2 retired men this condo served us very well. The owner was quick to respond when we had a minor issue, and was very helpful to make sure our visit was not interrupted. We have told our friends that they should look at this Condo for their needs.

Covered patio was a killer.

The 3rd floor view overlooking the Village Center and American Eagle lift, I will give a 10. We liked to have the fireplace always going when we are inside - this one was a pain since it is not gas. Hauling the wood from downstairs and watching the fire is always going can be a chore. The unit might need some updating. Otherwise we hit a good week for some powder skiing and had a good time.

Great views & very convenient

The process of renting was very good. The information needed for a very successful arrival and check-in was very good. No problems with parking or directions. The views of the slopes were about as good as you can find in Center Village. The unit is in need of some updates , but was adequate. I would stay here again!!!!!!!

The unit is also steps away from many of Copper's restaurants and shops.The building has an elevator for your convenience. Guests can also have access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club (for a small daily fee), located in a separate building, which includes gym facilities, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, and additional paid services if desired such as massage.

Visitors can ride the free shuttle bus to East & West Villages at Copper Mountain (or walk). There is also a Summit Stage bus that can take you to neighboring towns.

The mountain is a short drive from other destinations in Summit County, including Vail, Frisco, Lake Dillon, Breckenridge, Leadville, etc..
