Hi, We're Will and Brienna (aka NoMi Getaways Vacation Rentals)! We live and work in Northern Michigan and feel incredibly lucky to call this area home with our two teenage kids. We work on curating stays that feel calm, beautiful, and thoughtful—right down to the mattresses, linens, and little details that make a trip feel special instead of generic.

We manage several short-term rentals in the Petoskey / Charlevoix / Boyne area, so we know how important it is that everything is spotless, easy to use, and exactly as described. We love good design, meaningful travel, and sharing our favorite local spots—whether that’s the best place to watch the sunset, grab a cocktail, or sneak in a morning coffee with a view.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Your comfort is our priority, and we're happy to help make your stay exceptional.

* Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation and receive arrival instructions, all guests must complete our Guest Rental Agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a Security Deposit Hold.
* Security: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras at the entrances.
* Larger Groups: Planning a gathering for a larger group? We own another 5-bedroom home, the 'Queen's Quarters', just a short walk away. Please inquire for more details on booking both properties.

To ensure a smooth booking and arrival, please be aware of the following:

• Rental Requirements: To finalize your booking and receive arrival instructions, all guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, provide ID verification (primary guest must be 21+), and authorize a Security Deposit Hold. Details can be found in the House Manual after booking.

• Boat/Sauna Rentals: We have a wood fired, 8 person mobile sauna as well as two boats, including a pontoon boat, available for rent at an additional cost. These are not included with the property rental. Please inquire for more details and availability if you are interested.

Larger Groups: Planning a gathering for a larger group? We own another 5-bedroom home, the 'Queen's Quarters', just a short walk away. Please inquire for more details on booking both properties.
