The apartment 003 is located in a quiet outskirts of Kassel in a half-timbered house from the 19th Century. The apartment has a size of 34 square meters, two adults enough space (babies / toddlers with travel cot are also welcome) and has a living-sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included, a high chair is available.
By public transport you can quickly reach all the highlights of Kassel - or even hike.

The guest informs the landlord in time about an approximate arrival time.
The key is usually handed over personally on the object, if this is not possible, the key will be deposited and the guest will be sent written instructions for check-in (by mail, SMS or WA).
Check-in is also possible after 22:00. For this purpose, the key as o. G. deposited.
On the day of departure, the key remains in the apartment, the apartment door is closed from the outside.
If the check-out time is not met, the guest may be charged an additional night.

Payment and cancellation policy
When booking a deposit of 20% of the total price is due; the balance is to be paid no later than three days before arrival. Up to 30 days before arrival, guests can cancel free of charge. The guest pays in case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival an amount equal to the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price. If the guest does not meet the payment deadlines, the landlord can cancel the accommodation contract. Compensation is excluded in this case for the guest.
Cash payments on the spot are only possible in exceptional cases; this must be agreed in advance. A security deposit and tourist tax are not charged.

Behavior of the guest / liability
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties / events are not allowed.
Rest time between 22:00 and 06:00
Third parties have no access to the property and the object.
The landlord can deny the guest on arrival or in between the access to the object permanently, if the guest shows an aggressive behavior, is obviously very drunk or has used drugs or leads with him. A recourse on the part of the guest is excluded in these cases.
The guest is liable for damage caused or loss of keys and inventory. Keys may not be copied or passed on to third parties. If, after check-in, the apartment is found to be contaminated beyond normal levels, cleaning will be charged to the guest at a later date.
