Vitamin Sea is a private 1 BD apartment located 1 block or short 3 minute walk to the beach w/ public access. Conveniently located to all outdoor activities CB area has to offer: fishing, biking, surfing, kayaking, deep sea charters and the boardwalk featuring great shopping and restaurants! Perfect stay-cation for a small family or couple!

-40 minutes to Wilmington International Airport (ILM)

-30 minutes to downtown Wilmington

The Space:
-Kitchen well stocked with appliances

-Large deck with ground level lounge area


-1 bedroom with a King bed

-Full kitchen (coffee pot, electric kettle, pots/pans,dishes) and living area including flat screen (local stations, netflix, amazon and sling tv).

Guest Access:
-Back apartment unit accessed by steps

-Reserved parking space for 1 vehicle

-Large deck with sitting area

-Ground level lounge area

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at apartment

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a ring security camara, at the entrance of this property

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Interaction with Guests:
All interactions with guests will be very helpful but minimal unless requested. We will be extremely responsive but unobtrusive.
