Come to our family beach getaway! Directly on the beach, steps to the white sands of the emerald coast. Enjoy all that Okaloosa Island, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach have to offer. Minutes to restaurants, the Okaloosa Pier, The Gulfarium, Water sports and boat rentals.

This condo comes with beach chair set up during peak season.

This is a beach front condo with unobstructed beach views and a peekaboo view of the pool so you can keep an eye on the family. This condo is decorated in beach theme with teal touches and beach decorations throughout. The unit has a king bedroom with attached master bath. There is also a bunk in the hall with two twin beds. The couch is a pull out couch with a queen bed. Freshly painted condo with new washer and dryer and new board games!

House is fully equipped for a private romantic getaway or a fun filled family week!

Great place! First floor unit but still have a view of the beach. Close to the stairs and the beach access. Complex is nice. Would definitely return. Had to contact the owners twice and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Nothing major just a question here and there.

Last minute booking

Booked unit at the last minute due our reserved unit remodel did not get completed in time. We prefer a unit higher than the first floor but the view was as advertised. The TV in great room didnt work for first 2 days but issue resolved by property manager. Beach seating got pretty cramped/crowded on several occasions.Overall a beautifully decorated unit we were fortunate to find at the last minute.

3d time is a charm

You can’t beat the prime location on the beach, and convenience to the best restaurants and fun activities with kids. Our family loves to come here a little off the season though.

Escape to Paradise

Very clean and checked all our boxes. Lots of room to sit, kitchen was stocked, and plenty of bath towels. Easy access to the beach and great view. Our family of four had the best time and made lots of memories!

Perfect vacation

Condo was just as described and perfectly decorated for a beach vacation. Beds were comfortable and girls enjoyed the individual tvs in the bunkbed space. Great family friendly resort with a breathtaking view!

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! Location, view of the ocean and beach access couldn’t have been better! The only thing we thought that needed work (this did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay at all) was how difficult it was to open the balcony door. We highly recommend this condo! Fort Walton Beach is one of our favorite places to vacation! Enjoy! The Stevens Family

Wonderful beach stay

The description is spot on! I love that though it's considered the first floor, you still get a great a view of the ocean. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of sleep space. We definitely enjoyed & appreciated the two full bathrooms, well stocked with towels. Communication with the hosts was always pleasant & quick. We will be booking here again in the future.

Amazing vacation experience!

My family stayed here for our spring break trip. It was precisely what we were looking for! The kitchen had everything we needed and having access to a washer and dryer definitely took some pressure off packing. We saw dolphins swimming in the Gulf almost every day (with a few exceptions for windy/stormy days), which was simply amazing. Being on the first floor meant that we were only one flight of stairs away from the beach and didn't have to rely on waiting for the elevator. One thing that I didn't see mentioned in many other reviews, is that there is a grocery store very close to the condo. It allowed us to make many of our meals at home which is a huge cost savings. It was nice having our own dedicated beach chairs/umbrella, but be sure to head down early if you want one in the front row by the water! The beach is fantastic - sugar sand and plenty of shells to collect. Overall, the condo was clean, as described, and the owners were super cool about communication and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental for anyone looking to stay on Okaloosa Island.

Nice property on beach

Although I prefer to be on a higher floor for the view, this wasn’t too bad. Easy access to the beach and far enough from the action to be peaceful. Unit was clean and well appointed.

It was fabulous vacation, you can’t be closer to the beach than this place. Very beautiful view from the patio, we enjoyed all amenities. Nice and clean. All nice seafood restaurants are around.

Amazing stay!

The condo was clean and decorated so cute! The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The AC had a little issue and the owner was very quick about getting that seen to! We have stayed in many places around Fort Walton but this was one of our favorites! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect little place right on the beach!

We had such a great time during our stay. It was the perfect place for my husband and I, along with our 6yr, 4yr and 6 month old. The kids loved the bunk beds and we setup our pack n play in the living room, which had black out shades, so the baby slept great. We loved being closer to ground level with the kids, even though the balcony was safe. We were close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. We always had beach chairs & umbrella available and the host had extra chairs, along with beach toys, beach bag and extra pool toys, which we appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The only thing I will say (not a complaint, but just a heads up) is that the washer/dryer unit is on the smaller side, so if you have a larger family and need to do laundry, you'll be doing a lot of smaller loads. Also, even though we thought the decorations were super cute, we put the more delicate ones away during our stay so that the kids didn't break them and just placed them back when we left. We also brought our own trash bags since most rentals typically only give you 2 per stay. Since we stayed 5 days, we knew we'd need more. You will also need to bring your own beach towels which we did. The hosts were so nice and very quick to get back with me whenever I had questions. We'd definitely stay again!

Great condo

This was a very clean condo with a great view. A lot of noise from the upstairs condo, moving furniture and kids running. Ice machine was jammed up with hard, dirty ice. Patio doors require a very strong arm to open. Otherwise would recommend this condo to any family, very cute decorations and comfortable beds and sofa. We had a great time.

Perfect Spot on the Beach

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for my family of 4. The kids enjoyed the bunks while the wife and I enjoyed the master suite. The free beach set up is great, as long as you get down early enough to snag a couple chairs by them marking with your towels. Surf was terrible with red and double red flags the whole time we were there. So we went to the bay to swim a couple days. A/C worked excellent!!! Thats always a plus when its hot and humid and sunburned. I would recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

Beautiful Location

My family enjoyed the view and close proximity to the beach during our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and was equipped to meet our needs. I appreciate the prompt communication with the owner throughout our stay. The unit and property appeared clean and well maintained. We experienced issues with the AC not cooling properly, Amira was quick to make arrangements to address the issue. Overall, I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a relaxing vacation to Florida.

The property is exactly as pictured and described. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were immediately attentive to any questions. The view was amazing, and the condo was very clean. Beach Paradise

We stayed at the perfectly located condo just steps from the beach for 8 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo has amazing views of the crystal clear blue ocean. We had an issue with the ac the first night we were there and our hosts were responsive immediately and had an ac guy out to the condo within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the care they showed us. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 and could comfortably accommodate more! I will definetly stay there again
