A 3 minute uber to the Texas Rangers ball park, depending on traffic.
6 Flags or Hurricane Harbor are close as well.
DFW airport is a close drive.
And there's a train close to DFW airport that will take you to Dallas and drop you off right in front of the American Airlines Center for the Stars, Mavericks, or concerts.
