(Free event and parking) Bring your boat the driveway can easily accommodate trucks and boat trailers. Multiple boat ramps available less than a mile from the house. (Free parking) The beach house is new and very comfortable, great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Large Master bedroom is separate from the other two rooms with its own work area. The sprawling green space with private fenced yard is perfect for sunsets and stargazing. The covered front porch is ideal for morning coffee. Beautiful Palm Trees on the property make for an amazing view out every window. Supplies are simple with Winn Dixie and Sam's Club right up the street. Extra's included: bag chairs, beach chairs, umbrella, Weber charcoal grill, and folding chairs.
