La Casa Rossa has a lot of privacy. It is beautifully situated on the top of a hill with breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding hills. The 300m2 house, built of stones and with three floors, is surrounded on two sides by a 1000 m2 lawn, sloping slightly downhill into an olive grove.
The villa consists of three floors, the ground floor, a floor and a mansard. It can accommodate up to 12 people with a total of 4 bedrooms, an attic room and 3 bathrooms.
Ground floor: From the courtyard you enter the villa through a French window into the spacious and fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, dishwasher, stove, microwave) which is directly connected to the dining room.
The country-style, light-colored dining room has a table with 12 comfortable chairs. Because of the floor to ceiling windows, it is also very bright and overlooks the garden. Then there are living rooms with another panorama side of the house (with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace) which can also be entered from the garden.
On the same floor there is also a bathroom, a warehouse for luggage, garden furniture, bicycles etc. The entrance hall leads to the upper floor.
1. Floor: The first floor is completely dedicated to the sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms (1 with beds divisible), one with ensuite bathroom with shower. In another bedroom there is also a baby cot. This level of the house is finally completed with 1 bathroom with shower and one with hydromassage bathtub.
Second The mansard is a large attic room on the second floor with 30 square meters and views of the countryside. This room has a comfortable double bed or four single beds for children and teenagers.

For the daily necessities there are in Collevecchio and in the neighboring village of Forano various supermarkets and smaller shops, such as butchers and bakers, pharmacy, post office and Carabinieri Station.

La Casa Rossa is a unique place for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and tranquility. It is also an ideal accommodation for families who want their children to play in a safe and secure environment, or for a group of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Sabine countryside. The villa is very quiet, but not cut off from the village center, which is easily accessible via the road along the house.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Not included in the price: final cleaning (€ 80, 00); Electricity over 250 Kw / h over 30 days.
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of 300, 00 € cash on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay deducted damage costs.
