Our home is the perfect place to both relax and play. The media room hosts theater-style seating and a huge flat screen TV ; fireplace, perfect for those cozy family movie nights. Step upstairs into the game room and you are met with a large pool table, arcade, jacuzzi tub, and access to a private balcony with rocking chairs and views that go on for miles and miles. Outside, you are greeted with multiple balconies, one of which hosts a bubbling huge hot tub that overlooks the Smokies. Sit back and relax in a rocking chair while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and breathe in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. And during those warm summer months, enjoy access to three separate outdoor pools located within the community.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
