The house was very clean. spacious. there were little things in disrepair however, sliding doors that lead to the yard did not lock. I called and told the hostess but nothing was done. for seven days the door was unlocked, a call back told us not to worry there is a fence around the yard. But all you need is there and it was comfortable.

A Necessary Vacay

It was a nice property that provided the necessary amenities for children to enjoy. The highlight was the convenient location, a short drive to the beach. I enjoyed the property; there were a few things that caught my eye, and you hope for transparency and honesty on the owner's part, but that's not the case.TRAVEL/PROPERTY insurance is essential.I read a previous review that mentioned roaches and still gave it a chance, unfortunately, they still have that problem, and I have proof below, just in case. I saw 2, videoed the 3rd, my son saw one.

Beautiful escape, excellent management

Our experience at Bella Vacation was spectacular, and couldn't have been better unless we'd had more time. The premises are spectacular, the management is communicative and responsive, and our experience was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Holiday

Owner very responsive. Adding some thoughtful extras along the way (thanksgiving plate, gravy bowl, napkins). Our dogs loved the place too. Would definitely book again.

Great visit

Great little house! It was clean and well stocked. Anything you could possibly need is only minutes away. The pool area is very private (neighbors can't see you back there) Nicole was very easy to work with and attentive.

Great house!

We stayed there for almost 2 months. The host was excellent and the house was perfect for us for such a long stay. Everything worked as expected. Also, having the laundry room there was a huge help. The pool is very nice and our kids enjoyed it.

Fantastic home

I needed a place to stay while I was waiting to close on my house. This property was absolutely an oasis. Nicole thought of everything. The location is perfect for a quick trip to the beach and there's easy access to 95 to get anywhere. You'll absolutely love your stay here.

Cozy place

What a cozy and clean property! The two bikes were an added bonus. Nicole really went out of her way to make us feel at home. The privacy of the back yard and pool was just what we were looking for.

Great stay

Great rental and well equipped home. Very private fenced in yard with awesome pool. 1 year old grandson loved the pool as well as the adults. Fenced yard was great for our dog. Property manager was very responsive and answered quickly. Would recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the Dania beach area.

Beautiful house with very privet backyard. The pool was excellent for our kids.

Beautifully decorated house .Our 10 night went by too fast . swimming in the pool and hanging out on backyard. Dania Beach pier was awesome place for fishing .

Perfect little home

The home was just as advertised. Perfect location between 2 bigger beach cities & Dania beach is awesome as well. Perfect getaway for 2 couples, as the home has 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Everything is nearby & the owner, Nicole was very attentive & communicative throughout our stay. The home was very clean & the pool & tropical landscaping was lush. Highly recommended the area, as well as the owner!

Wonderful beach house in Dania Beach

The kids swam in the wonderful backyard pool every day, the pool and backyard service kept the pool and backyard clean throughout out two week stay. House was beautifully decorated and fully stocked for that home away from home feel but more like a beach house away from home. Nicole was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommend it.

Amazing

Such an amazing home! We stayed for spring break with our 6 and 8 year old daughters. It was a perfect location, and I can’t say enough good things about that pool area! So secluded and just absolutely beautiful! Nicole was amazing, and very attentive! The home has everything you need if you want to buy groceries, and cook all week to save some money. It’s also close to everything if you’d rather go out! Nicole made a book of all the fun things to do, and great places to eat. It was just so perfect! We very much look forward to staying again!

Excellent and comfortable place to stay

This property was a great find! Very clean and plenty of room with an open floor plan. Location for us was great. We were about 8 minutes to Hollywood beach area with great restaurants, beautiful beaches and the boardwalk, and 10+ mins to Hollywood Casino. All this was just an added extra because we stayed there for the Formula 1 Grand Prix which was 30 minutes to the Hard Rock stadium. We would stay there again. Nicole was our property contact who was very generous and kind to offer a run to the grocery store for us since she was there. She was very accessable via text while we were there. And Thanks for the bottle of wine! (She put effort in selecting a wine for us considering our love for Formula 1 and Ferrari!)

Just book it now-you won’t be disappointed!

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. We stayed for three months and everyday felt like being on a tropical vacation. The backyard is a total oasis. Nicole was the perfect host, very thoughtful and considerate. It’s obvious she really cares about her guests having a wonderful experience at Bella Vacation. The attention to detail is spectacular. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, there is even a s’mores maker! It was so nice to have en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms as well as a half bath for guests. The layout of the house is perfect. I really could go on and on, but long story short if you’re considering booking this property just do it now.

Amazing VRBO

The most striking part about this VRBO was how comfortable is was for us. It was very well thought out by the owner, and was perfect for the two pups we had with us. The location was great, b/c it was centered between the beach and other attractions in the area and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We saw an amazing show by Paul McCartney, just a few miles away from the VRBO at the Hard Rock Casino. The nearest beach was an easy drive, crystal clear water, around 80 degrees, with a dog beach that allows them to swim with the owner off leash. The home was easy to maintain, and was fully equipped like no other VRBO we have stayed in over the years. The owner, Nicole, was easily reachable and the guide book in the home gave us a range of things to do. My main comment is that the home is so nice, we enjoyed simply staying there much of the time because it felt so tropical and relaxing. I highly recommend this VRBO. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Mike Dowgiallo

Worst VRBO experience

This was my worst experience at any rental property. The listing on VRBO has completely separate policies and rules than what the property manager would tell us and we were essentially harassed by a "neighbor" reporting our every move to the property manager. We came down from Georgia to visit family for the Thanksgiving break so we would occasionally have friends and family over but still complied with the maximum of 8 guests as it says on the listing. The first night we arrive with 4 vehicles and almost immediately get a call from the property manager telling us only 2 vehicles are allowed, the listing states there was parking in front of a garage, grass parking, and street parking, however the property manager says her rental license only allows 2 cars parked overnight. How can you support 8 guests with only two cars? Anyways we figure out a way to move some cars to other parking. The next day we have one friend over (6 guests total) and decide to enjoy the nice backyard and pool with some drinks and reasonably volumed music at 1 pm. It is the middle of the day so we think that having cars parked on the street like the listing says is okay. Again this "neighbor" calls the property manager and claims we are having a party and have more than 8 guests simply because there are 4 cars parked. This "neighbor" completely ruined our first weekend there by basically watching us all the time and reporting to the property manager and the property manager telling us completely different prices and policies than the listing says. After all of this, we finally enjoy a few days without hearing from this neighbor and then checkout. We cleaned this house well, we vacuumed the floors in the kitchen and living room, gathered the dirty sheets and towels in one spot, and did the dishes like requested. But, immediately after checking out we get an email for an insurance claim stating we "broke" a toilet seat lid and the plastic dairy door in the fridge. They claim the replacement costs for these two items, which we don't believe we broke, was $300. The replacement for those two would be a maximum of $65-80. To top it all off the property manager also claims our dog vomited everywhere and there was dog food all over the floor, which is completely untrue and good thing we took a video of the property as we checked out. We have traveled all over staying in places like this and have never had such a bad experience.

We always appreciate feedback – both positive and negative. It helps us to improve our short-term rental and our services and make sure that we are meeting the needs of our guests. Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear about these troubles during your stay. I can see how different expectations can put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable trip. This review serves as a great reminder for folks to please thoroughly read our listing and rules prior to booking. but situations that are external and get out of hand like the neighbors with things that we cannot control, our listing makes it clear that we do not allow overnight guests and only 2 cars in the parking lot. The initial reservation was for 3 adults and in total there were 6 plus a pet that wanted to avoid the fee as an animal service. Our villa is identified by excellent customer service and cleanliness, where you can enjoy your days off. The team of our Villa always reports something broken at the time of check out and the toilet was totally destroyed and the fridge broken. Glad everything else was enjoyable.
