You will love this condo located at ground level. You will overlook the pool, spa and tennis courts. The complex has a beautiful lake with walking paths and you will love this luxurious three bedroom condo you will encounter ducks, geese and other wildlife. The condo has power recliners, king size beds and TVs in every room, even in your screened in patio. Conveniently located at I-17 and Peoria in Phoenix for easy access to the entire valley. There are great restaurants in the area and a fun park to entertain all ages.
Newly remodeled condo with luxury furnishings and comfy beds and TVs in every room. Assortment of games, pool toys and racquets for your use. Refrigerator with ice and water and full stocked kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplies. Washer and dryer and even a wagon to help you bring your items in.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo except the outdoor closet. You have access to the pool, spa, lake and tennis court with a key provided.
Other things to note
Our complex is conveniently located and well kept and very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and the lake is so relaxing and the desert 🌵 landscaping is very beautiful. Service animals must be approved by the HOA.

pool was enjoyable and kitchen had everything we need, only question we have is access to TV channels not being able to watch sports everything we tried said we needed to purchase it. Would stay here again, close to the softball fields only 10 minute drive and airport easy access.

Pleasant Vacation

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo at a reasonable price. Easy check in and out and good communication. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but the property itself was nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We loved the location that was so close to the pool and tennis courts! This was a game changer as our teenage/adult kids could easily come and go! The place was great for our family of 6, we enjoyed the screened in porch the most! We ate every meal that we cooked in on that porch! It was so pleasant! I really appreciated the fact that the small amenities were provided, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner etc! When you fly with a large family you bring the minimums and to go and purchase them for a week gets costly… so thank you! No comaplanits, the shower needs unclogged but we already told them they could handle after we leave! Thanks so much for a great stay! We had an amazing Arizona trip!!

Amazing Pool and convenience!

Great place to stay to get around to various areas in Phoenix. Beds were good, screened in porch was perfect, and proximity to the pool, tennis courts and hot tub was amazing. Worked perfectly for a weekend getaway!

Needing Sunshine!

The unit is well situated within the complex - a couple of lovely surprises was the outdoor patio area of the unit and the absolutely lovely walking path around the lake - completely secure, quiet and lovely any time of day. We enjoyed trying pickleball for the first time and appreciated having all the supplies we needed for that. The beds were comfy, the sheets felt crisp, plenty of towels for pool and condo and the condo felt spacious (kitchen is tight) for all 5 of us. We visit AZ 2-3 times during the winter and always try to stay someplace new as we figure out where maybe we'd like to be more permanently.

Something for everyone!

Tennis, hot tub, heated (very warm) pool, inside games and more to do. It was a wonderful place to stay! Beds are all comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Just what we wanted

This condo was perfect. We were able to get to my daughter’s place with no problem. The kids loved the pool, which was very close. The condo was well taken care of. Very cozy and comfortable. We spent most mornings on the patio having our coffee. Being on the first floor was an added plus for us. As was the mints (children) and champagne (adults). The owners, Jeanne and Nicole, checked in to make sure all was ok. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Nice, but needs a good cleaning

Host was very responsive. Tile floors were swept, but needed a good cleaning. Our socks got dirty walking on the floors. Some kingsized pillows had standard pillowcases, so case did not cover the whole pillow. Had to rob pillowcases from other pillows. Any ledges had a lot of dust on it. Could be a great place with some proper care.

A nice place

The community is an older community but well maintained and quiet. Your view is the tennis courts and pool. The courts and pool are well maintained. We found the unit to be clean. The owner was very thoughtful and provided all the supplies needed. There were three bedrooms. We only used the Master - the bed was very comfortable. but the pillows could use an upgrade. The second bedroom appeared to be of the same high quality. The third bedroom had bunk beds - probably best used by children. All three bedrooms offered ample storage space. Both bathrooms have been nicely updated - very nice. Kitchen was well supplied - everything you might need. Dining area accommodates 6 people Living area is sizeable with exceptionally comfortable seating. The unit is on the end of the building and the sizeable patio is screened in. The patio furniture is plentiful and comfortable. We spent a fair amount using the patio. Because it is an end unit, the view made the patio feel larger and more private. All rooms have high quality TV's and the wifi worked well. The unit has also been nicely decorated - makes it feel homey. I think that covers it!

A great, affordable place to stay!

We had a great time and loved the condo that we rented for the week! The rooms were big, clean and well-stocked. Everything seemed well cared for and we felt as though the hosts were really thoughtful with what they provided - towels, wash clothes, bath towels, soap for the dishwasher and laundry, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were even pickleball racquets and balls provided, and we had a great time playing. My mom, who is 74, even played! The pool and hot tub were great and the entire resort area was well-tended and beautiful. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat, and I definitely recommend it for anyone traveling to Phoenix for a family vacation. A small adjustment I would recommend would be to provide directions on how to use the Bunn coffee maker. That took us a couple of days to figure out. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful condo

This condo had everything we were looking for. The pool and tennis/pickleball courts were right outside the door. Beautiful walking path around the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. Important info: the beds were comfortable.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We could not have asked for a better stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and tennis courts were literally in our backyard - pool toys / beach towels and tennis / pickle ball equipment were provided. The hostesses were very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. When they heard we had a late afternoon flight, they were even kind enough for to offer a late checkout without being asked. We highly recommend this rental - so much that we are already discussing a repeat trip!

Nice unit, convenient location

Unit is located on the ground floor of the complex and is pretty close to the parking spot. It's also located right off 17 and it took us about 20 min. to get to everything we needed in the area, so it was the perfect "central" location for us. Everything has been renovated fairly recently, so it's in great shape. The mattresses/bedding were some of the more comfortable beds we've slept in for a vacation rental, which was a pleasant surprise. The owners also provide many of the basics you'll need, which was so nice for a short stay: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner and there are also some seasoning options/spices. We also appreciate the bottle of bubbles and little snacks that we found -- it was a nice treat! The pots/pans were also better quality than what you usually find in a rental. One thing that's fair to note is that the king-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom is pushed up against wall, so anyone has to slide off the front end of the bed if they have to get up/down if someone else is still in the bed. It's a pretty small room for two adults and all of our stuff, but we were able to make it work and used the 3rd bedroom as our dressing room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Nice Thanksgiving

The condo was very nice & roomy. The furnishings & decorations were lovely & quite comfortable. Loved the large patio, which gave extra room for Thanksgiving. The treats were a nice touch. There was a mishap with check-in but the owners handled it quickly & satisfactorily. I would recommend staying here.

Family Getaway

This property is great! It is easy access off the highway without the noise. We played tennis, swam in the heated pool, took a stroll around the lake and relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was perfect for us and the host was extremely attentive and welcoming. Excellent place to call home for a few days!!

We love this property because it is very convenient to a major freeway to get all over the city and state. The property has a man made lake that is very enjoyable and with paths, beautiful landscaping, ducks , geese and other wildlife. We also have a very nice pool and spa, tennis courts and gas BBQ's for your use. It is a very quiet complex and we are close many nice restaurants, colleges, casinos, lakes and event stadiums.
