The space
This riverfront home is a getaway dreams are made of! Your getaway home has unobstructed views of the river and cliffs from both the living space and patio. Sunland is for those who enjoy sun, concerts, relaxation and water sports! Sunland is a friendly community located just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater in Eastern Washington about 150 miles east from Seattle and 140 miles west of Spokane.

Your getaway home is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC and Smart TV. The spacious dining room table seats 6 opening into the kitchen with an island and plenty of countertop space. You will find the kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerator/freezers (1 located in laundry room) a dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, K-Cups, toaster and blender. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer along with the necessary supplies for your stay.

Your master bedroom or bedroom #1 has a king bed, night tables, lamps, closet, ceiling fan, and en suite bath. The Master Bath has double sinks, soaking tub, shower and toilet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, dresser, night stands, closet and crib/pack-n-play. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full size bunkbed, dresser, and in the closet for guest use are games, puzzles, and books.

The covered porch features incredible views of the river and cliffs. You will find patio furniture and a barbecue. The beach, just beyond a bit of natural desert sand area, has a mixture of sandy areas and small rock areas, shade trees. The river is shallow for quite a distance and is perfect for floating. The river levels may fluctuate but there little current along the shore. There are chairs in the garage for your use at the beach.

Sunland Estates is a beautiful community with a private park including playset, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts! Within the community there is a small grocery store, gas station, pizza, and boat launch. Sunland is just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheatre, several wineries, hiking, climbing and fishing!
