The ground floor apartment "Le Parterre" is handicapped accessible and has fast Wi-Fi. Kurzentrum and Kurwaldbahn are within a radius of max. 400 m distance. Upon request, an accompanying person can be accommodated in a separate service apartment on the DG.

The lodging house city of Lyon was built around 1830 and was one of many lodging houses in Bad Ems for European prosperity tourism at the time of the imperial era.
