Newer 4 bdrm lake home 5 minutes from everything Danbury

We have a nice newer 4 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath lake home with a full kitchen and 150 ft of lakeshore with shallow water dock close to everything in Danbury. The fishing is good on the lake, the dock is not a great swimming area. We have wireless internet, a large desk with workspace if you need it and couple smart TVs, There is a laundromat/atv/utv/carwash available in Danbury right next door to the Grocery store. A couple kayak's are there for you to use, bring your own life jackets, a large deck with wheelchair access at the house and outdoor fire pit. Where we really standout is for the atv/snowmobile crowd. A large parking area for atv/utv/snowmobile with ample room for trucks and trailers. 60 thousand acres of county land for exploring, wildlife viewing, berry picking, hunting. A shallow water boat launch is right down the road. The off-road trails are right down the street as well.
The house is close to a grocery store, gas station, Dollar general, laundromat/ATV- carwash, Danbury mall thrift shopping, South on the Gandy Dancer trail is great for bicycling and hiking, north on the trail is for ATV/ UTV riding, in the winter the trail is open for snow mobiles, the casino and many bar restaurants in the area for your evening entertainment if you so desire.

This nice cozy cabin is wonderful for family! Had lots of fun ice fishing and snowmobiling! The trails are great! Lots of great restaurants to eat at! The house has a full kitchen and nice bathrooms plenty of space! We enjoy playing card games at night to relax with family , plenty of room in the dining room! It is a great Cabin to stay at winter or summer! Thanks to the hosts!!

Perfect for my Adult kids and the children as overflow when spending weekend at my brothers cabin also on Tabor Lake. Chris is a great host very response. Rental was as advertised!

Another great stay

This was our third stay at this property. It continues to work well for us as an extra place to stay, since we need more bedrooms than are available at our primary location on Webb Lake for our annual family reunion. As stated previously, we appreciate the host who is easy to communicate with and is very helpful. We appreciate the amenities, the cleanliness, the proximity to hwy 77, the amount of parking space on the property, the wrap around porch, the peaceful setting, and the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level.We would definitely stay here again.

Cute comfy get away

The five of us stayed comfortably in this cute house. Loved having the kitchen to make meals and hang out and play games at night. Tabor lake is a cute little lake great for kayaking and swimming. Lots of fun trails for walking or taking your Ranger out on. Lots of cute restaurants to eat at and cute little shops to look at. The casino had great fireworks for the 4th of July. This is a great cabin to stay at with your family! We definitely enjoyed!!

Family Atv trip.

Sufficient room to park a couple bigger trailers. Good home base for our Atv trip. Right next to the trail. Danbury has just about everything you need or forgot to pack.

Overflow

My brother has a place on Tabor Lake but our family has outgrown his cabin. Chris’s property was perfect solution. My 3 boys and their wives plus 3 under two years old had plenty of room and enjoyed their stay albeit more or less for baby naps and overnight sleep….otherwise we were at my brothers. The property was clean and easy to find. We will stay again! Chris very responsive.

Cozy and close

This is our second time staying we love how close it is to our friends cabin. This place has everything you could need and on a Great Lake for fishing. The atv trails are also a positive. I love taking walks around here it is a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors. You can go wrong staying at this cabin! Make sure you check out the restaurants near by too!

Cute and comfortable

My husband and I and our daughters stay at this cabin over a long weekend with fishing and trail riding. We have friends that live on Tabor lake so it was very convenient to spend time with them too. The kitchen is nicely stocked and all bedrooms very comfortable.We will definitely rent again!

Fall visit

Long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend to ride the trails. The location was great, close to trails. The house was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for all of us. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place, close to lake, big enough for 10

The lake was farther away than we thought but an easy walk. I wish we could have used the washing machine and needed more towels for 5 adults 5 kids. Everything very clean and I was pleased how stocked the kitchen supplies were.. Would definitely return. again.

Great stay!

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. We appreciate the host, who is easy to communicate with, timely in his response, kind, and accommodating. The house is clean and comfortable, and having 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level works well for our group. The wrap around porch overlooking the woods is a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. We would definitely stay here again.

Families that need lots of room.

Love the location, ATV trails are close, and plenty of room for families. We will be renting it again! Only thing that was a draw back was - no wash or dry to use. One of the kids got sick and was hard to clean up.

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend. It was a beautiful home, nice, clean, and came well equipped with everything we needed for a quick getaway. The location of the home offered the privacy we needed, but was still close enough to town for grocery shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. Professional and quick response communication with the host. Check in and check out was easy.

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was perfect for our family as we had dogs who could run and it was very private. The house is very nice and roomy and has everything you need. It is a small lake and the boat landing is not ideal but it all worked out and we had fun:)

Very clean

We had a great time at this property. It is very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. There is a lot of room for parking. We had 4 vehicles and there was probably enough space for at least 4 more. The deck is amazing to sit and relax with your favorite beverage, or to watch meteor showers on! The kitchen is very well stocked with pot/pans/ utensils/dishes. There is a nice selection of games to enjoy! A few minor things that we noticed were, there were no chairs for by the fire pit, I should have asked as we would have thrown in our camp chairs.... So our fault! The light switches are everywhere, and we spend quite a bit of time flicking them on and off to figure out what it controls. The lower level is very chilly ( which was fine for us, we just put the ones having hot flashes down there!) But the last thing is that was no bedding for the futon ( again we probably could have asked!) But we just gathered blankets from our cars! All in all it was a beautiful property and affordable! We would definitely suggest staying here!
