Living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. + bathroom with shower and toilet, together about 70 sqm on the ground floor + large bright room in the 1st. Floor / attic floor with about 40sqm floor space in a detached house with garden (about 2000 sqm) + large wooden terrace about 25 sqm. There is no Wi-Fi, no central heating and no TV. The house is romantically located and surrounded by a large garden, which of course may be used.
On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a large wood stove. The warmth of the wood stove on the ground pulls over the open door to the top. There are on the first floor (attic) a double bed, two single beds, if necessary we provide for the 5th and 6th. Guest two extra mattresses available. In the bathroom there is a heat wave device. The house is romantically located and surrounded by a large garden.
The small idyllic town Zankenhausen is about 3.5 km from the Ammerseeufer, about 36 km from Munich (A96) and about 2.5 km from the nearest S-Bahn station Turkenfeld (from here it is with the S4 44 Minutes drive to the Munich Marienplatz). Both in Türkenfeld and in Eching am Ammersee (each about 3 km away) there are shops for daily needs (eg. EDEKA, REWE, beverage market).
