We had a fabulous time in this condo! Our family of 3 fit perfectly in the 1 bedroom/2 bath unit. Location on property is great with a very private grass patio that leads conveniently to the pool. Location on the island is great as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. The location is close to good restaurants and grocery shopping. The pool is just steps away. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The room was very clean and well stocked with items we needed and used throughout the week. Communication was also really great.

Fantastic

Great bottom floor unit with privacy and quick access to the lobby and pool. House set up is very comfortable and is stocked with almost everything needed to enjoy the stay on Hawaii. Can’t wait to visit again Mahalo

Amazing experience

Tina was great to work with and the property was everything and more than what is listed in the description. Definitely recommended and we are already looking at openings there for next year.

40th Anniversary

The location, the pool, the beach, the restaurant, all was great! We highly recommend D105, was good for 2 people and would be good for a family with up to 2 children. D105 is in a very quiet location.

20th anniversary in trip

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here and had a blast. We loved the location because we planned activities in the North and South part of the island and this was just about in the middle. There are a lot of restaurants near by and a grocery store right across the street. If we visit the island again, I will look to stay in the same place.

Amazing trip

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was absolutely beautiful, completely stocked and more than we expected. We only had 1 minor issue while we were here and the owners were very quick to respond and fix it! I would recommend these people 100% Nicole Dwight

Tina’s Places are the Best at Waipouli

Waipouli is a great resort. Beautiful beach front location, nice pool, on-site restaurant, great staff, close to everything and nice amenities. The units are also really nice. We come multiple times a year and Tina’s units are amongst the best. There’s always an added touch and extra care that goes with staying with Tina and Dream Vacations Kauai. These units are super clean and have everything you a need for your home away from home stay. You can’t go wrong!

Great condo

Loved the interior and pool was amazing. Our two boys loved it. The room was great and had everything we needed, including clean extra bedding. Our only complaint was the dishwasher was broken and we had to hand wash our dishes the entire stay . Wish we could have received a small discount or so because we thought there was a dishwasher. Pretty important on vacation. Otherwise would have been a 5 star.

Lovely week in Kauai

Stayed as part of a family trip to Kauai. Unit is convenient to the pool with a nice walk out seating area overlooking the lawn and pool area, it also somewhat private from the common areas due to excellent landscaping. Pool is great for kids, the lazy river, waterfall grotto and slides are amazing. Great beach for watching the sun-rise, the beach doesn't have a lifeguard. Lydgate beach is 5 min down the road and has two nice salt ponds for kids to swim in. The onsite fitness center is also very well appointed, the equipment is very nice. There is a Safeway across the street for groceries, and Ka'paa is a nice central location for both north shore and south shore excursions.

Beautiful!

We loved it!!! What an amazing location, central to everything we wanted to do on the island and just a quick walk down to the beach with amazing views of the sunrise. It was so clean, quiet, and comfortable for our family. We loved the pool and parking was so convenient. We did some cooking several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Minor inconvenience that the dishwasher wasn’t working when we arrived but the owners responded quickly and tried to get someone in to fix it. Despite not having a dishwasher all week, we would happily stay here again! So many thoughtful touches like extra beach towels, it was just amazing!

Would stay here again!

This property was accurately described. However, we learned that the pool isn't a true 'lazy river'. It does not go through all the way and there are no jets to push you along. But there are a few cute little waterfalls in it and a couple of slides also a few hot tubs which makes up for it. The room is in a great location on the property. They had everything you needed (towels, supplies for washing machine). They had plenty of towels as you can also get some from the pool area as well and exchange them for clean ones as needed. Loved having a fan in the bedroom as well even though the AC worked very well! And the bed... Was so incredibly comfortable!! The sheets and pillows were amazing!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful and elegant

The condo is gorgeous The entry is large with a view of the koi pond and greenery. The unit was clean and designed well in a classy Hawaiian style. The unit was large. It is just like the pictures. I liked the first floor access. It was quicker than using elevators. The view was of lot of foliage, which was very restful. I never even got to the pool, as we were so busy!
