Not too bad of a place for the age. Siding and roofing construction going on right now can be a bit noisy. Not exactly handicap friendly unit with only stairs to the front door and the back slider door would be very hard to open for somone with physical disabilities. Plenty of parking and location was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. The shower was problematic with the valve sticking on one temperature usually hot. It was not a one off issue and it happend the whole week I stayed there. I emailed the property manager about the issue after I returned home. They tested it and found it is now miraculously working properly which is not a surprising response considering the cost to replace that valve. As a paying customer though that expects basic plumbing to work it is unacceptable.

Kappa Shore Ocean View

This was a great property! We selected the property because it was centrally located to all the activities we planned. The property is on the eastern point of the island so we saw beautiful sun rises with our coffee each morning. The resort has a nice and well kept pool with hot tube that we used a number of times during the visit. And the property grounds are well maintained. We would stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Great home base

Great location for easy accessibility to the rest of the island. I appreciated the first floor location and nearby walking path that I walked morning & evening. Hearing waves on lanai and daily sunrise were highlights. Conveniently located close to Safeway & Papayas (health food store), as well as coffee shops, restaurants, all within walking distance. Kitchen well equipped and had everything I needed. Great stay!

First trip to Kauai. Verry beautiful Island. Kapa Shore resort was right by the Ocean, which i love. The Sunrise was breathtaking. Very well kept, and clean. Great location. Our Condo was Equipped with everything we needed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous view ground floor condo

We spent a week at the condo to celebrate December birthdays. The unit is clean, has nice furniture and comes well equipped. It is a ground floor unit we enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunrise.

Very clean. Amazing views. Has everything you need. On the beach and by the pool. Walking to stores. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Claire was polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Owner takes pride in ownership. Great for family with kids. Had a great time.
