From the outside this picturesque farmhouse cottage made of Città della Pieve's famed red brick appears ancient but the inside was completely modernized in 2022 offering a comfortable open plan format making it the perfect place for family or friends to gather, Or for a couples romantic getaway.
And with the historic town centre only a short walk away with more than a dozen great restaurants, bars and cafe's, museums, theatre and acclaimed festivals year round the cottage makes the perfect base for a fun-filled or relaxing holiday.

Set over one floor the full chefs kitchen with a variety of gadgets, dining area, lounge and bathroom offer all the comforts of home. Whilst the spacious bedrooms have quality bedding for all seasons, phone charging stations and blackout shutters for those who prefer not to see the sun rise or take an afternoon nap.
Throughout the cottage large windows flood the rooms with light and offer uninterrupted views of the spectacular countryside bringing to mind the famed landscapes of Perugino. 
Whilst dining al' fresco is also possible with our easy to use Weber BBQ system and comfortable travertine marble dining area set on our large terrace. 
The landscaped garden also offers various seating and lounge areas where you can while away the hours in the sunshine or enjoy a refreshing dip in our plunge pool (June-September) or perhaps Aperitivo at sunset or a sunrise stretch on our upper terrace to the sound of birdsong whilst you watch the landscape awake.
