The modern and high-quality furnished Villa Meerfreude offers you comfort and amenities for the best days of the year. Located in a well-maintained residential area surrounded by nature, the luxury villa is the ideal starting point for a stress-free exploration of the island of Rügen.

The villa was built in 2018 as a detached house on the 933 m² plot and is modern and tastefully decorated. It is located in a newly developed holiday area, where still isolated houses are built. Please note: There may be construction work in the area between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays!
For the associated possible inconvenience we have reduced the price by about 20%, which has already been considered in the price list.
The deposit is to be transferred contrary to the different handling of individual booking portals with the travel price and will be refunded immediately after departure to your account.
Please note that arrivals are possible from 4.00 pm and departures until 10.00 am!
