Kealia 302 offers beachfront living right on Sugar Beach! This beach is known as the best walking beach on Maui. And after a full day of sightseeing, shopping or other activities, you can fall asleep to the gentle sound of the surf. It's the best sound machine in the world!

Stunning beach and ocean views await you from every room. The condo has been remodeled, with striking wood flooring throughout, granite counters, and a tiled bath and shower. And with a washer and dryer in the unit you don't have to bring as many clothes!

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare and serve a nice meal and there's a BBQ area near the pool for grilling. You can enjoy your meals at the counter inside but why do that when you can dine on the lanai and enjoy the beach and sunsets? There's always something happening on the water!

The sparkling pool is refreshing in the Maui weather, or you can enjoy the private lawn adjacent to the water. There are usually locals from the Kihei and Maui Canoe Clubs out paddling canoes in the mornings, they keep their boats right next door to Kealia! You can take a closer look at the canoes as you walk by on the beach.

The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king bed, reading alcove and even a small desk, all with that incredible beachfront view! For those who enjoy beach walking, Sugar Beach is the best on Maui, with miles of unobstructed beach along the edge of a bird refuge.

Need we say more?

A dedicated parking space adjacent to the building's elevator is included. For those who don't want to rent a car, there's an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bakery and a local farmer's market within walking distance, as well as a bus stop for local transit.

And for golfers, the owner is a member of King Kamehameha Golf Club and can arrange for you to golf on this private course for an affordable guest fee. Just contact the owner to make arrangements.

The condo was great. The host thought of everything that you might forget. Was nice having the Lanai to sit on in the morning and evening. Great home base. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The deck has a specular view of the beach, pool and ocean. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The grounds are always well kept up and the people are nice.

This property was amazing. The pictures of the place and the view from the lanai are spot on. The parking is right out front by the elevator so easy access. We loved sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and just relaxing in the afternoons. A few of our favorite things was walking on the beach every day, watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves at night. We will definitely come back.

Perfect Vacation!

We spent a full month living in paradise in this beachfront condo. The stunning view from the lanai was picture perfect! Waking to this ocean view, enjoying time on the beach or at the pool every day, seeing sunsets every evening, and finally being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves made each and every day beautiful and fulfilling! The condo itself offered everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated, with such a peaceful relaxing vibe. Couldn't have asked for anything better and we would definitely look at doing this again!

A little piece of heaven

We so enjoyed our stay in Keihi! The view from the lanai was just as the picture promised for this unit - a beautiful view of the pool, beach and ocean. Beach walking and swimming were amazing. One day we would walk one way and another day the other way. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our 2 week stay. The bed was super comfortable. Easy to drive into town to for meals and buy supplies. We would definitely recommend others stay here and when/if we return we would absolutely stay here!

Great view

We had a great time. Condo was very well stocked with all the necessities. The grounds and pool area were all clean and beautiful.The bed was comfortable and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach was relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful and Peaceful Anniversary

Aloha, if you are looking for peace and quiet in paradise, this is the place for you!!! The location and beach could not be better, perfect sand, perfect water, perfect sunsets = perfect stay!! The condo was exactly as described and had more than enough amenities! The hosts/owners are super easy to work with and are quick at responding to any and all questions! Cannot wait to go back and stay at this condo!! Mahalo to Denise and Tony for an amazing stay!!

Sugar Beach Stay

Denise and Tony were great hosts. Their place was cozy and felt like home for the week. Definitely recommend getting in touch with Tony and booking a round at King Kamehameha - it was gorgeous! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Maui!

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything about this was wonderful until we were charged $50 for a lost beach towel (which I'm certain was in the condo). I know the towel realistically cost between $10 to $20. It's kind of a disappointing way to end an otherwise perfect stay.

Centrally Located Beach Front

This condo was perfect for our stay on Maui. It is centrally located so easy to get to all areas of the island. It has a beautiful ocean view where we spent many afternoons whale watching and viewing the sunset from the lanai. The owners are very responsive to any issues that may come up. Bonus was the fun round of golf as Tony’s guest at King Kamehameha Golf Course. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Mahalo

AMAZING! We hope to come again!

Our stay was exceptional! The owners were incredibly helpful, and the place had a clean and charming Hawaiian ambiance. The beautiful view and lanai with amazing sunsets added a magical touch. The bed was comfortable, and the convenient, quiet location was a plus. The access to the King Kamehameha Golf Club, one of the most beautiful courses we've played, was a highlight. We truly enjoyed my time and hope to stay again. Highly recommended for a memorable Hawaiian getaway!

Great Beachfront Property

Nice beachfront property, beautiful view. Clean and well kept. Beach is right out the property and you can hear the waves. You can walk to some beach restaurants stores or it’s a short drive to a lot of places. We would come hear again.

Perfect location!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Great sandy beach for walking! And incredible snorkeling right from your condo. The breeze that comes through the condo feels so good that we didn’t even need the air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, parking spot was reserved, right next to the elevator. A great lication, centrally located on the island, easy to get anywhere from there! Id highly recommend this condo for 2!

Kihei Delight!

We had a fantastic stay! The listing is accurate to reality. Having a full kitchen and laundry in unit was so convenient. We were able to hit Safeway for groceries and cook the majority of our meals including grilling down at the shared resort bbqs while watching the sunset. The building is older on the exterior but the unit itself is charming and well appointed. King sized bed was super comfy, we slept fantastically. Being right on the beach was super convenient, we SUP’d every morning or did yoga on the lawn or a beach walk before heading out for the day. When the wind picked up at the beaches elsewhere on the island, it was nice to come back to the complex in the afternoon and relax on a chaise lounge or in the pool. Ocean views were beautiful, fellow neighbors were friendly and it gives a very cozy, low key vibe compared to the other large complexes. Location was fantastic in our opinion…easily drivable to Lahaina, Kihei proper, Kahului or Wailea area. Not a lot walkable other than an excellent bakery, shave ice and ABC store but that’s what we loved about it… much quieter than being in the center of Kihei. Having a car is good for this location. Checkout Dina’s Sand Witch shop in the resort next door. Delicious. Kitchen was fully stocked, we were left wanting nothing. AC units are available, which I intentionally booked because I’m pregnant and we didn’t use them once bc of the wonderful trade winds. Ocean sounds to lull us to sleep. Will be back!

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of towels. The bed was very soft, and the proximity to the beach was ideal.
