The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare and serve a nice meal and there's a BBQ area near the pool for grilling. You can enjoy your meals at the counter inside but why do that when you can dine on the lanai and enjoy the beach and sunsets? There's always something happening on the water!

The sparkling pool is refreshing in the Maui weather, or you can enjoy the private lawn adjacent to the water. There are usually locals from the Kihei and Maui Canoe Clubs out paddling canoes in the mornings, they keep their boats right next door to Kealia! You can take a closer look at the canoes as you walk by on the beach.

The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king bed, reading alcove and even a small desk, all with that incredible beachfront view! For those who enjoy beach walking, Sugar Beach is the best on Maui, with miles of unobstructed beach along the edge of a bird refuge.

A dedicated parking space adjacent to the building's elevator is included. For those who don't want to rent a car, there's an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bakery and a local farmer's market within walking distance, as well as a bus stop for local transit.

And for golfers, the owner is a member of King Kamehameha Golf Club and can arrange for you to golf on this private course for an affordable guest fee. Just contact the owner to make arrangements.
