Lil' Lake House - Dog and Family Friendly, 2 BR

Summary:
Take a morning stroll by the water, explore the park or just enjoy the lake view with your morning coffee on the front porch. The comfy 2 queen beds w/ TVs in this 2 BR/2 Bath lake house has all the amenities to unwind-or stay connected! Large family room TV w/ live cable or ROKU apps to stream - as well as a business station in BR2. For an additional $15/day pet fee we offer a fenced in yard to roam while attended and a dog crate for your pet. We also have a pack n play & high chair as needed.

The Space:
We are excited to share our newly remodeled home that sits literally hundreds of feet from Summit Lake. You'll love the view especialy at night with the City lights shimmering off the water.

Everything you will need is on the main floor. There are 5 steps up from the ground level to the main floor of the house. Inside you'll find 2 cozy and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a large closet, TV's and alarm clocks.

The living room is perfect for a small gathering or watching your favorite movie or TV show. There is 1 main bathroom, with a full size tub, and 1 bathroom off the master bedroom that contains a standup neo-angle shower.

Our kitchen has every amenity necessary to prepare a meal or heat up those left overs from one of Akron's many restaurants. There is a small 2 seat table in the kitchen as well as a formal dining room with plenty of seating for your whole group.

The front porch has a nice seating area that's great for morning coffee or watching the sunset on the lake.

If you need to wash clothes during your stay, there is a High Efficiency Front Loader Washer and Dryer in the basement.

Quiet neighborhood right on Summit lake, close to downtown, and easy access to and from the highway
