I stayed here for a week during a jury trial, and it was exactly the peaceful retreat I needed after long days. The eight-minute drive to the downtown courthouse was effortless.Check-in couldn't have been easier. The host sent a door code in advance, and when I had a question, responded promptly to my phone call. The house is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, a full spice rack (minus paprika!), and even a few unopened condiments. Preparing meals was easy. The attractive LVT flooring, soft neutral colors, and uncluttered décor create a relaxing atmosphere. The two bedrooms and bath are upstairs, and the clean, dry basement has a washer and dryer—great for a week-long stay. The neighborhood is a highlight: quiet, safe, beautifully maintained, with friendly neighbors, flower gardens, and well-kept lawns. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis.A park and supermarket are within walking distance. Gino's Pizza, an Akron gem, is a five-minute walk. I came for the pizza and returned for the fried chicken. There are plenty of other restaurants and shopping within a 10-minute drive, and Papa Joe's Iacomini's Italian Restaurant is about 15 scenic minutes away and worth the trip.I would gladly stay here again. An excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and tranquility.
