This adorable dog-friendly home is located on Hilton Head Island. 3-bed, 2-bath home with private *heated pool. You will love this gem of a house! The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops. Off of the kitchen is a lovely screened-in porch with a dining area that seats 6, overlooking the beautiful pool and pool deck. The porch is a relaxing environment for the whole family.

The master bedroom is furnished with king bedding and a private bath. The second bedroom has queen bedding, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The home has no stairs and is not elevated (a unique feature)! This home is perfect for a vacation with small children! Situated in the beautiful North Forest Beach area, this home has everything you need for an incredible beach vacation.

Excellent Stay in Hilton Head

The property and location were both perfect. The property bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the property was very clean and easy to access and a prime location to and from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation with our dogs

The property is ideally located and was perfect for our small family and our two dogs. Just steps from the beach and with a lovely heated pool, we never lacked for a place to swim. The fully fenced yard was the perfect playground for the dogs.

Second time stay - Wonderful property close to the beach

This is the second time that we booked this property. It is perfect for us (3 adults and an 8 year-old child). We love that it is really close to the beach so it doesn't take long to get there. The house is great, nice layout, very comfortable, well kept, clean. Nice backyard with a pool for relaxing and enjoy and a great screened porch that allowed us to work a few hours from there while our daughter was having fun at the pool.

Perfect Place

We loved the property, its layout and how close it is to the beach. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we were happy to know that they welcome pets. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Perfect location

We have stayed in many properties on HHI and we really like the location of the house to Coligny and the beach. Loved the screened-in porch to relax in the evening I don't think our family could say enough about how confortable the beds were.The guest batheoom needs a bit of updating but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy cottage a stoneā€™s throw from the beach! Clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed! We already booked for the same week next year to celebrate our anniversary again. They even left a box of Milk Bones and a little packet for our doggos! Great stay!

House was within walking distance and close to the beach as well as Coligny plaza. Neighborhood was ideal. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Fenced in yard for extra security was a bonus.

We stayed for 10 days in January. Cottage was lovely however some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Also the grill wasnā€™t working and needed to be replaced.

Great location

Great location near quiet part of the beach. No chair rental or beach patrol so we packed appropriately. Our 9 & 12 year old enjoyed the pool - it was professionally cleaned 2x during our stay. The bike path to Coligny makes for an easy "commute". Downsides was the need for a deep clean and some construction noise, but did not detract from the charm. Will be back.

Snowbird getaway

Apart from the coldest winter ever we had a good stay. Property was a little smaller than it looked but comfortable. Obviously more of a summer stay as there was no dining table that could accommodate more than 4 people other than the one in the screened in porch. Would recommend that a layer of stone is put at the beginning of the driveway as there are cables sticking out and we caught our feet a couple of times and nearly fell. Also would recommend a gfirst aid kit .Apart from that a good place to stay and would rent it again.

Hi Beth, Our entire family would like to say thank you for the clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained home. We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head Island, and in large part to the location of your home. The size was perfect for our family of two adults and three teenagers. My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day and the teenagers enjoyed being so close to Coligny Plaza. A perfect combination.
