We have booked through vrbo a lot and you are always scared even when reviews are great, u have a little anxiety until u see it in a person and this one did not disappoint! Absolutely worth the money! Will definitely book again! Perfect location for everything. Beach, shops, pool, a little secluded too, bike riding etc! 10 stars!

This property was great for our family! Plenty of room for relaxing in the living area, pool was great, everything we needed in the kitchen, 3-5 min walk to the beach (quiet area of the beach too!), nice, clean gas grill (we used it for 3 out of our 7 meals!) and lots of room in the fenced in yard for kids and pets. We loved it! Only one note - if I stayed here again I would pack extra washcloths and kitchen towels. There are no spares for in-between laundry times.

As advertised, but pool was disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described and in a great location. We enjoyed being set back from the road, having a large yard, and being within walking or biking distance of Coligny Plaza, restaurants, and the beach. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, coffe maker, and a Keurig. Our main concerns were with the pool and privacy. We paid extra for pool heat, but the pool never seemed to heat properly and the spa had no heat. We reported the issue during our stay and later requested a refund of the heating charge. We were told management would be notified, but we never received a refund or a response to our follow-up email. The pool was also somewhat dingy throughout our stay. We also would have appreciated blinds or window coverings in the kitchen, dining area, and front door area. The lack of privacy was noticeable, and it was especially challenging with our dog, who was constantly distracted by people and activity outside.If the pool had been cleaner and the heating had worked as expected, this would have been a stellar review. Overall, we would stay again, but would ask more questions about the pool maintenance, heating, and window coverings beforehand.

Super convenient walk to the beach, we timed it and it was a 3 minute walk. The dog was super glad to be with us on vacation and the fenced yard was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is an absolute gem. So well laid out with great amenities and very friendly to large groups, kids, and pets. The backyard is stunning with a full fence and beautiful landscaping. Pool and spa are a great size and the whole setup outside makes it so easy to be entertained and stay hanging out around the house. The proximity to beach is a very easy walk and I thought it was no different than our last house on the other side of N. Forest Beach Drive. This is the third house on HHI we’ve rented in and second with beachside getaway. This is by far our favorite and we won’t rent with another company. BG is very attentive and great to work with. Already reviewing dates to potentially come back next year to this specific property:)

Great Stay in a Perfect Location

The yard was fully fenced in so she could run free and get all the smells in she wanted. The house itself was clean and comfortable. While we were a small group it is defiantly a good house for family's or even multiple couples. Absolutely loved the area and beach access was perfect.

The yard was great for our two dogs. Beachside was a great company to work with and was very responsive throughout our trip. The house is in need of some TLC. It is a very loved rental that could use some updates.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was an easy walk to the plaza for restaurants and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice to relax in as well. When we did reach out to the host, the responses were very quick and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful beach getaway!

Our family loved our stay at this beach house. The location on HHI could not be beat, literally steps to the beach and centrally located to anything we wanted. Great house, well stocked with all necessary provisions, we hope to return soon for another stay!

Great Family Location

We loved our stay at this house, it was an easy walk to the beach, even with a toddler & all the stuff that requires, the pool & fenced yard were a wonderful asset for our family & pets. Would happily rent from Beachside Getaway again.

2022 Vacation

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and a nice layout and also just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and loved having the pool and hot tub.

Great trip!

Our first time visiting Hilton Head as a family did not disappoint! We loved the house, the yard, the pool and the proximity to the beach. Honestly, it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyable

The house was nice and well appointed. We appreciated that the beds were comfortable.The pool was also very nice. It was an easy 100 yard walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Perfect House

This property was newly renovated both inside and out and it shows. Loved the layout of the inside of the house and the cleanliness. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Would stay here again.

Property is exactly as advertised and we would stay here again!!

Property was clean and well equipped! Bikes were delivered and the ocean was just across the street, less than 1 block. It was perfect!

Very comfortable

This house was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for our spring break. The management company was very quick to respond to our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Review

The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. TV was a little difficult to figure out with no instructions.But the younger generation figured it out:) I would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 2 small dogs. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice to have, adding the heat was a good choice for us. The best part was the location! Very short walk to a beautiful beach, but still a nice quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to shops/restaurants/entertainment. Would stay again!

Wonderful!

Great rental property. Had issue with AC first night, property manager responded immediately and within 3 hours it was fixed. House was comfortable, area was quite. Great trip!
