The perfect property for multiple families traveling together, a girls or guys getaway, large families etc. Located directly on the beautiful Allegheny River, this Idyllic waterfront conjoining house offers two stocked kitchens, two washers/dryers, two living spaces, a little over a mile from the heart of downtown Franklin where you will find many options for shopping & dining. Whatever brings you to town, an event or festival, a weekend of hiking, biking or kayaking, wanting to explore the area Sunrise On The Allegheny is the perfect location for experiencing everything charming Franklin has to offer.

You'll have access to the entire house, located steps away from the Franklin boat launch and OARS where you can take a kayak or canoe tour down the Allegheny River or French Creek.

The house is set up as an upper and lower unit that you'll have complete access. The upper has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom and the lower has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, each with its own fully stocked kitchen, entrances and washers/dryers. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds with quality bedding for a pleasant nights sleep. Lots of options with with two living spaces, including having a meal together at the dining table that seats 10.

Enjoy the sunrise from just about any room in the house. Rock on the front porch with a cup of coffee or relax on the deck with beautiful views of the Allegheny River and enjoy the nature that surrounds the property. If you'd like to have a fire, wood is provided, come roast marshmallows! Bring your fishing poles or water toys and enjoy the river!

In the lower unit(bedroom 4), there are no stairs, there's a ramp for entrance, and is handicap accessible throughout, including railings for toilet and shower. Please message us with any questions.
