Great for families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect, love having access to a pool. Check in was easy, communication was great and very responsive. We had a wonderful time, will be back again!

Great location, room needs a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! The building is only about 25 ft from the sand and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Overall, the room was good, but could use some TLC (new mattress, fully functioning blinds, maybe a different cleaning company)

Great place!

It was such a great place to stay and the location was amazing. We had a little bit of an issue, but communication was super easy and problem was resolved very very quickly! I would definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Relaxing girls trip

We stayed here for a friends trip. Couldn’t beat the location of condo. Cleanliness of condo was average to me. But a very cute place to stay.

Great community/location

Amazing vibe in Wrightsville Beach with local coffe Shoppe ‘Sunny Days I think - nearby dining - walkable beach with surfing! Easy to get to town. Drawbridge at 4pm - probably other times too No shampoo/conditioner? Bunk beds are for kids or a small adult.

Nice condo on the beach, close to bars

The condo was clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The drawback of the location was the noise around 2 am when the bars closed. We were awakened each night by lots of yelling on the street below. Nothing to be done about it but may want to consider when booking.

Great location

The location is great, very convenient and no need to drive if the beach is why you’re here. The condo is small but clean and nicely decorated. We were on the 2nd floor and you can hear the street noise from the bedroom and the bed was too soft and squishy for us. Also the tub/shower floor is very soft and squishy. You may want to check for water damage? Other than that, we had a nice time during our stay.

Apartment was as described on-line. Clean, great location.I signed the lease as required. I have a problem with receipt of a list of check-in warnings from the property management after payment was made that included the following:"Do not turn the Air Condition below 72. Doing so will cause the units to “freeze up” and you will be billed for A/C service visits and subsequent repairs if required."Something like this should be on the property description as 72 degrees isn't exactly a comfortable sleeping temperature for a lot of people when it's hot outside.VRBO should do something about this.

Unhappy anniversary getaway

We arrived, not able to get in building. 6:30 in evening. No one to reach. Set owner message. Got no response. Luckily a staff member was there helping someone else. She helped us get in and up to unit. When she opened the door the pungent odor came out. Smelled like old sweaty smell..No ice maker. 2 plastic trays. 1 pillow for each person. Pillows were cheap and so flat it was like not having one. We left to next morning and went somewhere else.

I was the one who personally greeted you and your husband upon your arrival. I had just missed your call, as I was assisting another guest at the time, but was happy to meet you shortly afterward and help you into the building and up to your unit. I understand that after a long day of travel, it's easy to overlook details like the check-in instructions sent by email, I completely get it. While I didn’t notice any odor myself, I also didn’t enter the unit to give you both space to settle in. I truly wish you had reached out during your stay, especially since you had my direct number. I would have gladly addressed any concerns right away, including pointing out the extra pillows already available in the unit. It sounds like these issues could have been quickly resolved, and I regret not having the opportunity to do so in the moment. Regardless, you and your husband were a delight to meet, I hope you were still able to enjoy your anniversary getaway. If you ever decide to return, I’d love the opportunity to personally ensure your next stay is seamless and comfortable. Of course, I understand if it just wasn’t the right fit for you.

Mom & daughter birthday getaway

The property was clean and the beach access was great. However, we noticed the 2nd night there that there weren’t any glasses in cabinet. They were all in the dishwasher (I started it to make sure they were clean). We ate out every day, so dishes weren’t needed. The temperature not being able to be adjusted below 72 was tough, it was much too warm especially to sleep. The bed was awful. There is a big dip towards the center and it makes noise with every movement. The fitted sheet kept popping off because of the mattress protector, to which I kept getting out of the bed to adjust. Lastly, the sliding door to the patio from the dining area wouldn’t lock. We put a chair in front of the door to offer some peace so we could sleep. If the bed, temperature and safety issues were addressed, we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Clear communication and directions about how to get into the building and room. However, there were a few things we noticed that could have been improved/avoided in the first place. When we walked in the door, the floor was covered in sand. I know, we’re at the beach! Of course it’s sandy. But it was as if no one had vacuumed any time recently at all. And the second problem with that is there was NO VACCUM. There was a little shop vac which was entirely tedious. It was uncomfortable being in the house shoeless because it was so bad. Another thing is that there was not one single hanger in the closet. Not one. Being on the beach, with some nice engagements one might have there, it would be a good idea to add some. All in all, it was great but the little things do add up a bit.Thanks for the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice place. A little “cold” feeling (not a/c cold) with zero rugs or runners, esp in bedroom. Shower floor buckling, but ok. Sliding glass doors my wife could barely get to open/close because so worn out.

I would definitely stay at this unit again. The only issue we had was the blinds on the windows where very cumbersome to use. They did not work very well at all. Also, this is a beach resort and there was nowhere to wash off before entering the condo, A simple garden hose downstairs would be great.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Greer place was nice it was clean and up to date it smelled very fresh when entering the place. It was very easy to access the beach. Only one hiccup parking only was for one car and we had to park on the street for the other car which cast every day. But overall it was good.
