With views in most all direction, this is a unique location to comfortably connect to nature. Relax and bird watch from the covered front porch or reading in the bay window. Acadia trails or the village shops of Southwest Harbor are within walk distance.

FIRST FLOOR: Open living area with water views, fireplace and dining table that seats up to ten people. Modernized kitchen with gas stove and breakfast island that seats four to six people. Front door opens to a wonderful, covered brick porch with sweeping views of the ocean. Rear bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath with shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with King bed, ocean views and access to second floor of covered porch. Bedroom with single bed, water views and access to covered porch. Master bedroom with king bed, ocean views and private bath with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms, both with twin beds which can be converted to queen and shared full bath with tub and shower. Bathroom with tub off hallway.
