Endless fun awaits at this classic, turn-of-the-century 4 bedroom, 3 bath knotty pine house converted from a one room schoolhouse in Laconia and moved to the western shore of Lake Winnisquam! Every room boasts panoramic views of the lake & Belknap Mountains with woodsy shorelines! Private, 300 feet of lake frontage has 2 docks: a sturdy 40-foot dock with a comfortable glider bench to watch the sun & moon rising across the lake, and a dock with a stable, dry FLOATING KAYAK-LAUNCH. There's a rowboat, canoe, 4 fast "peddle-drive" kayaks. & 6 regular kayaks, including 2 double kayaks. The sandy area has Adirondack chairs around the large wood firepit with flickering Tiki torches.
