The Space:

Outside: A spacious patio provides the perfect outdoor entertaining. Relax in the poolside seating or unwind in the private pool.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen is open to the living room so you can be part of the fun while cooking for the group at the same time. Enjoy your options to dine at either of the indoor or outdoor dining tables.

Living Room: Unwind on the comfy sectional couch and watch the brand new 58 inch tv after a day at Disney World or Universal Studios. The newly decorated living room has a modern airy coastal design and is equipped with a smart TV to connect any of your favorite streaming apps. The home has high speed internet so the whole family can enjoy their favorites with no interruption.

Downstairs Master: The downstairs master features a colorful tropical design with a king size bed and a smart tv. The bedroom also has an adjoins full bathroom.

Upstairs Master: The upstairs master features a plush king bed, private bathroom, as well as your own smart TV. Everything you’ll need to unplug and unwind during your stay in the mountains.

Brand New Fully Themed 2nd Story: As you enter the home, you’ll immediately encounter a stairway reminiscent of the Hogwarts castle leading you upstairs. This newly themed space will whisk you away to a magical place immersing you in a captivating setting. There, you will find a stonewalled hallway replete with wizarding portraits guiding you to the themed bedrooms.

Harry Potter Themed Bedroom: At the end of the Hogwarts Castle hallway, you’ll find an enchanting bedroom complete with 4 twin beds and an arcade style game. In this space, you’ll feel as if you were a Third Year in Gryffindor House yourself!

Finding Nemo Themed Bedroom: As you enter the bedroom you encounter an underwater oasis. Swim through this bright, colorful space to any of the 4 twin beds. The bedroom features an arcade style game and is decorated with all of the characters from Finding Nemo!

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

- 2 Vehicles recommended 3 Max
- The pool heater is shut down March 1 to November 1 as with most every home in the area.
- The pool requires adult supervision for all children. Alcohol is not allowed in the pool. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol. Use of the pool is always AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- Limited toiletries and condiments may be available.

The access to this home requires processing at a security checkpoint. The person making the reservation will need to check in at the checkpoint for access to Paradise Palms Resort.

The home is equipped with smart TVs and plenty of internet to stream on all devices. Cable is provided in select rooms only.

Hogwarts Hall is a pet friendly home with a nonrefundable pet fee of $200. Limit 2 pets.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

Property has a front security camera for the safety of the home and each guest.
