Loved the bottom floor for easy access as my husband is newly wheelchair bound and we wanted to make sure he was able to have easy access!

Clean and comfortable family friendly 3bedroom with smart tvs in each room. Rental located on 1st floor with upfront parking. Beach access was thru a private walkway about 5min walk and convenient. Host was thoughtful and provided games, toiletries, and beach toys…all what we needed. The condo also has pools, half basketball court, & tennis court. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable. We cooked most meals at the condo.

Perfect Stay!

I looked at about 1000 different places, and I’m so glad we chose this place! It was absolutely perfect for our family. We had everything we needed, and the quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach was amazing. We will gladly come back!

Weekend Getaway

The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the family. Location was perfect to walk to the beach. We would stay here again for future trips to Port A.

Port Aransas

Great place to stay with the perfect location and easy to get to! Check in and check out was simple with good direction from rental company. Provided plenty towels and kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. The pool was great and the beach was a nice short walk. We enjoyed our stay!

Annual Port A

I hesitate giving a great review because we want to be able to get it again next year! Very nicely decorated, clean, great location! We come to Port A with the family every summer! This was by far my favorite!

Port A island retreat

The condo was very clean and nice. Short walk to the beach. The AC needs to be serviced in this unit. It was 80 degrees inside through our entire trip. It made it pretty difficult to enjoy, but we liked the unit, we so desperately wanted to like it but the lack of cooling was miserable.

I am so sorry the AC was not cooling. I don't see that this was reported during your stay. Although it was reported by the next guest and AC repair was sent out and fixed!

Great Place to Stay with Beach Access

Condo was nice, everyone enjoyed our stay. Fridge was large enough for leftovers, snacks, and tons of beverages. A/C plenty cold to keep us cool after long days outside. There wasn't an Instant Pot we could find as the description mentioned and we were a little disappointed about that, but not a big deal. Pool was closed for some of our stay, but they mentioned we could use the one on the other side of the property to make up for it. Assigned golf cart parking and security presence was helpful.

Living room seating for 8 and still has plenty of space to separate when someone needs some alone time. 4 comfy chairs on the patio. Fast response when we had some water leaking under the kitchen sink. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Great proximity to everything in town also. Definitely would recommend and we can't wait to go back again!

Great location

Property was great, clean and well stocked. The boardwalk to the beach was an easy hike. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbors. Well stocked kitchen (utensils, dishes, cookware and glasses). Available right on time. Instuctions for TV would have been helpful. The only thing lacking was a washer and dryer. The ones avaliable in the complex were expensive and one washer was out of order the entire week. Towels and swim suits wont dry outside due to humidity We'd stay here again.

Perfect space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there with the kids for a week at the beach. This place was just the right size and gave everyone their own space. The facilities were well kept and clean. The only downside would be having to use the washing machines on site. They were 2.25 per load and only took quarters. Bring a roll of quarters when you come, most gas stations won't give you any due to the coin shortage. I would stay here again.
