This updated, nicely decorated condo is just a few steps to the beach via the private boardwalk. This is a first-floor unit that is spacious and bright. The full kitchen is a great place to practice your culinary skills with stainless steel appliances, crisp white open shelving, blue-tiled countertops, equipped with a regular drip coffee maker, cookware and utensils. Savor the freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for four. The spacious living room has plenty of seating, a couch and three accent chairs, flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. (BR1) The master bedroom has a King size bed, nightstands, wall-mounted TV, chest for your beach attire, a sliding door that leads to the ensuite bathroom comprised of double vanities and a large stand-alone shower with a glass door. The first guest bedroom (BR2) consists of 2 Twin beds, a closet and a chest. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, chest and a modern couch. Both guest rooms have TV's and share a hallway bathroom with a tiled tub/shower unit. Great views from the outside private sitting area of boardwalk, common area and shared pool. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and close at night.

Nice place to stay!

The property and amenities were kept up nicely. The unit itself was very nice and we would stay in that unit again. The proximity and access to the beach was great!

Great location in roomy condo!

Our stay at the condo was winderful. Enough room for 5 adults and one toddler. Loved the walking distance to the beach. Everything was great and would highly recommend for your next beach trip!

Perfect short vacation stay location and venue. Pictures online match what is in the condo. This condo was met all of our needs for our family of 6 (Grandparents, parents, and two grown sons). The short walk to the beach from the property was great as well as the common area pool. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware and cups to handle cooking in. Beds were very comfortable, all 3 bedrooms had TVs with streaming services. We asked ahead of time and were aware before arrival but in the interest of saving future vacationers time, bring your own beach towels, chair, overhead cover, and toys for beach activities. Overall great stay, highly recommend and will stay again.

Cute Condo Getaway

Very nice overall; and the property managers were great. Had a few problems with the housekeeping upon arriving, which was promptly taken care of. However, the kitchen was a bit lacking; I consider a hot pad/pot holder to be a necessity - and there was none; at least we couldn't find one. The rug in the kitchen had not been cleaned and both my sister and I pricked our bare feet on sticker burr remnants in it! Other than that, it was a very nice place to enjoy Port Aransas, and the management folks were personable and quick to respond.

Sweet Place

Of note, there were only 3 washcloths for 4 people. We had to buy additional Toilet Paper. Initially the Dishwasher did not work but We tried various things and got it going. No Corkscrew for Wine. There was a missing dowel for putting the Toilet Paper on in the Master Bath. And in the Master Bedroom We put the Door back on its track as it had come off. The configuration for TV Viewing in the Living Area was a bit off for Prime Seating (maybe the Couch could be across from the TV?). Would have liked more chairs on the Patio. We Enjoyed Our Stay. It was very easy and convenient for 4 Old Ladies.

Unfortunate

Check in was smooth and orderly. Unfortunately, our kitchen sink didn’t work at all. We didn’t report until near end of our stay since we figured we would just eat out. It was an inconvenience though. They came promptly to try and fix but we weren’t there when they came. It was Labor Day weekend and we wanted to enjoy the beach. They thought this inconvenience didn’t warrant any refund at all. In fact after a couple of communications I didn’t hear from them again. They offered 5% for a future stay but I’m not coming back anytime soon. Other than that - a shower handle was loose and a ceiling fan didn’t work. It also smelled of old moldy place. Not coming back here.

Thermostat was difficult to set. At night unit temp would register at 82 degrees, and even during the day we couldn't get comfortable. Sofa cushions and pillows had sickening odor, like body sweat or wet dog. We had to cover it with a blanket. Master bdrm king bed was exceptionally comfortable,the very best to sleep.also, we stayed a week and had no way to wash towels as there is no washer or dryer in this will cost you $4.00 to wash a very small load of towels in the laundry room. Poor linen service for what we paid to e management were concerned about complaints,and would look into making changes.probably would not rent this unit again.

Great get-away!

We had a great time. Super easy access to beach which meant no packing up a car! Very clean and spacious. Will def rent again in the future.

Dirty unit #63

The condos are nice, but for the price I paid this unit was not very clean. We found hair on pillows, dead roaches in cabinets and found a used face mask behind couch cushions. We have stayed in other units and never have had this happen. This will be one unit I will not stay in again.

Great Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location Location Location! Easy Beach and Pool Access from a ground floor unit. We did a Tue-Fri stay and the vacation couldn't have gone smoother. The check-in and check-out was completely contactless, didn't have to go by the office for anything. The unit is pretty basic but everything was in working order. We prepared all our meals at the unit, if your planning the same, recommend you bring extra trash bags and cleaning supplies as what they have is pretty limited, scrub brush was worn out, no dish washing liquid, we did find one brillo pad. Based on recent reviews, we were a little leery of bugs but very happy to report that we didn't see a one. During our stay, social distancing at the beach and the pool was very easy to do, not crowded at all at both locations. All in All, a great vacation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Comfortable Acomodations with one exception

There could be a few more kitchen items included for that price, extra garbage bags, few more towels. It was quiet except for some kids stomping around upstairs, which is out of your control of course. Check in Time was delayed a little bit, but got in within an hour of the time they promised. Overall a great weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in port Arkansas The accommodations were perfect for my family. It was clean with easy access to the beach. My only suggestion would be to have more space available for renters to put food and supplies otherwise it is a perfect vacation spot

The condo was clean and convenient to the beach and pool. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that we would have had more room for our own personal food and supplies. The rooms were well equipped but we needed to move things around a bit to fit in our own groceries and such. Overall it was a wonderful week.

Disappointed in Management Company(not rental)

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the kitchen floor was wet and there was a towel laying next to the refrigerator that was soaked with water. We called Life In Paradise and were told that someone would come look at the fridge the next day(Saturday). When we came back from the beach Saturday afternoon, no one had come to check on the problem. At this point we were having to change out 4 towels every 2 hours to keep the floor from flooding. We called Life in Paradise again Saturday afternoon and told them no one had come by and we were having to use the owners beach towels, some of our own beach towels and the white guest towels to keep the floor from flooding. We were told soemone would be over in 15 minutes with more towels and also that no one would probably be able to come fix the problem until early in the next week. No one brought the towels and we literally spent the rest of our vacation rotating the towels every 2 hours. Also, the bathroom lights for the guest rooms went out and my husband would flip the braker, but they kept going out. The ceiling fan in the back guest room was not working, the back light on the porch was not working and the disposal was not working. There were also dead roaches ad bugs on the dishes in the cabinet. The actual unit was quite cute and ecclectic and was a good size for us. The mattresses were comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities. We liked the sand volleyball court and the pool. We liked that we could go out the back patio to the boardwalk. That was very handy. I was so worried the owner's kitchen floor was going to be damaaged and there was already water damage to their kitchen cabinets. I spoke to the owner of the unit above this one and she was going to report this to a "Terry". I believe she said that Terry is the president(?) for the resort. Again, the unit itself was fine. We loved the painting in the living room and even contacted the painter as he also lives in Austin where we live.

Great Port Aransas Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental twice now and are very pleased with all the amenities. We had plenty of nice towels, close to the pool, bbq pits and boardwalk. It's a favorite!
