We have addressed the check-in issue by updating our key retrieval process to prevent any future inconveniences. While there was an issue with humidity on the lowest floor, we appreciate your quick thinking in running the dehumidifier, which resolved the concern. We have since increased our efforts to ensure that the environment is consistently comfortable and the humidifier runs automatically. We are also pleased to that you found the property’s cleanliness, amenities, and location met your expectations. We strive to provide a well-stocked and welcoming home.
