We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this house with our family of 12. There was plenty of space for all of us, the bedrooms were comfortable and the view was spectacular! We loved the hot tub, big kitchen with a nice sized pantry and open spaces. The reason we gave it 4 stars was due to a couple cleanliness issues. But overall, it was perfect for our family.

The property was spacious and the view was beautiful. This property is pet friendly, but still felt like there was an excessive amount of dog hair including on our sheets, any shelving, the stovetop, and other undesirable areas.

Amazing Getaway

This home is BEAUTIFUL with lots of open space and huge windows, perfectly positioned on a natural landscape that allows for elevated and panoramic views of the lake- SO stunning! Great options for enjoying a cup of coffee on the couch or on the balcony and watching the amazing sunrise. Owners were so accommodating for our 2 dogs as well! Was a great experience and would highly recommend this for any family getaway!

The Blue Bell house was great. Unfortunately, we discovered a plumbing issue and had to be moved to a different location so that repairs could be made. Vacasa support was great and found us a new place to stay. We would rent the Bluebell house again in the future as the location was great, the house was set up well and the view was spectacular.

Bear Lake House

House was very nice, clean, large enough for 11, well furnished, good location. Suggestion: provide coffee filters, label Ideal Resort passes so guests know what they are. There were 8 spiders in the basement, most we killed. Pictures of the house include a full size pool table when actually there is a small table top childrens pool game. Taxes are extremely expensive, over $100 per day. When I asked if all Vacasa managed properties charge the same taxes I was told all rentals are different leading me to think there may be some hidden fees included.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bear Lake! When we arrived at 3:50 PM (just ahead of the 4 PM check-in), the cleaners were still finishing up. They were incredibly polite and sincerely apologetic for the late start. To make up for the short wait, the property manager, Mike even stopped by in person and generously offered to treat us to ice cream while the team wrapped up, a gesture that really set the tone for the hospitality we experienced all weekend.About 45 minutes after check-in time, we were able to settle in, and honestly, it was so worth the wait. The views of Bear Lake from the property were absolutely stunning, and the location couldnā€™t have been more ideal. We soaked in the peaceful surroundings and loved spending time in the many gathering spaces. The amenities were great, and although the hot tub was set to 98 degrees (we would have preferred it just a little warmer), we still enjoyed relaxing in it under the stars.This was the perfect place for a friends getaway, with plenty of space to hang out, cook, and make memories. One small heads-up: the dumpster is a bit of a trek and requires a car ride, so plan accordingly when it comes to trash runs. That said, this place more than delivered on everything we were hoping for. Would absolutely stay again!

Pleasant stay but missing the little things

The view was great, there was enough room for everyone, and our concerns were addressed promptly by the property manager. However, at first glance the house seemed very clean, but upon unpacking and getting settled we noticed a lot of cleanliness issues. The carpets were not vacuumed well, the shower curtains had mold/mildew, the extra blankets/pillows in the closets were just thrown on the floor rather than folded and placed on shelves, beds poorly made, etc. Littles details that put places at higher rating could be included like sufficient soap/bathroom amenities for the number of guests, fire wood for the advertised fire pit, etc. Overall our stay was positive, but would recommend improving the cleaning.

SPECTACULAR VIEW!!

Blue Bell is a great place to spend days with family and friends enjoying the atmosphere that surrounds the house and all the amenities it has. I only have a few objections: the internet connection was not good, at 7pm the internet went off and did not return until the next morning. The hot water did not provide enough for all the people we had (12 in total) and we could not turn on the electrical appliances in the kitchen such as the coffee maker, oven, and we had to call the property manager who helped us solve the problem. Despite these inconveniences, I would return once again to enjoy this spectacular home and I would recommend it to friends!

Family vacation

We came here for a few days before the kids started school...and we had so much fun!! The house was lovely...and clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc. Great location with wonderful views....we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing with a quiet view

This was the perfect house for us! Had a fully stocked kitchen with everything youā€™d need to make meals at home. So spacious and the layout is great! THE VIEW was the best part and it has a large deck to relax and take it all in. Plenty of pillows, extra bedding and towels. There was no hangers in the closets which would have been helpful but not necessary. Also it would have been great to have a baby gate for those with small children because of the big staircase but we made do. The property manager went the extra mile to bring us a pack-n-play because there wasnā€™t one in the house as listed in the initial details before booking. She was so nice and tentative to our needs. We will definitely be booking this property again!
