Second floor unit features hwd floors, large living room with sleeper sofa, 55” tv, desk, glass sliding doors lead to deck with seating for two. Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, dresser and television, fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and gas cooking. Building offers free laundry on the top floor. This quaint one bedroom is the ideal place to call home.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
