As you enter this cozy cottage, you're welcomed by a cozy yet comfortable fully equipped dine-in kitchen with a farm table and pub table to enjoy memorable meals with friends and family.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the cozy yet entertaining living room, with plenty of seating, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Included in this space is a another pub table that could be used for dining or a workspace. But the best is yet to come - Retreat to four comfortable bedrooms, which feature comfortable beds and 55 inch TV's that allow you to rest after an exciting day of outdoor adventures or fun at the Casino or Wineries.

This cottage has another level! In the basement holds the fourth bedroom. In addition to the bedroom is another living room to entertain. Adjacent is a wet bar area perfect for adult relaxation. Enter into the unfinished area of the basement that has games and entertainment for the young and old. Lastly, step out to the semi private backyard, where you can soak up the sun, prepare a BBQ meal on the grill while the children play, or enjoy a night surrounded by your friends or family roasting marsh mellows or telling stories making memories around the fire pit.
