OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to our expansive back deck, perfect for lounging and soaking up the serene surroundings. Enjoy al fresco dining at our table for 10, where you can share delicious meals under the open sky. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor fire pit to relax with your favorite beverage or toast some s'mores. For everyone's safety, guests agree to release the property owner from all liability related to injuries that may occur while using the fire, regardless of cause. If you have small children, please ensure they understand how to stay safe around the fire.

We allow reliably house-trained dogs for a $25 pet fee per dog per night for stays under 7 nights. If you want to bring your dog, please let us know:

- If they are 100% reliably house-trained
- The dog's age

We must approve their stay, but we have never rejected a reliably house-trained dog. We do not allow cats or puppies.

We would really appreciate it if you could bathe your dog before visiting.

** If you're not a pet person, note that we are very good at keeping our homes super clean despite hosting pets.

** No smoking. No incense. NO PARTIES. The property has smart systems that will alert us in case of a party, excessive noise or smoke. We charge a $500 fee in case of violations. **
