A beautiful and comfortable space, right in front of the beach, was renovated in 2022. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, modern bathroom, air conditioning, Wifi, living room, TV 42 '', garden with bbq and dining area. You will enjoy a quiet environment and at the same time direct access to the beach and close access to leisure bars and restaurants. We offer free of charge all the necessary equipment you will need at the beach like umbrellas, seats, sunbeds, and a kayak. The sea is sandy, gently sloping and the waters are clear.

The accommodation is located on Geoponikon beach, in a complex right in front of the sea. On the same long beach, you will find a few houses, three organized beach bars, which are also open during the night, but without loud music, and two taverns. Supermarkets and shops can be found in the village at a distance of 3-5 minutes by car. Kallikrateia Village can offer you any service you need and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It is 30 min from Thessaloniki and is a convenient point for daily excursions to the rest of Halkidiki.
