Elegant seafront holiday home No 6 is on the 1st floor of an 8-unit complex surrounded by a beautiful garden, adjacent to a grove.
All 8 units are available to rent.
It is semi-detached, self-catering and easily accessible, with the long sandy beach and clear blue sea just outside the garden gate.

It consists of a living room with fireplace and kitchen, 1 shower/WC, 2 bedrooms to sleep 4.

One child's cot (160 X70) or one baby cot (120 X 60) can be added to one of the bedrooms following agreement.
It also features a private double veranda, on two levels, with a panoramic view of the beach and water, equipped with a coffee table, 4 lounge chairs and 2 sun beds.

The kitchens are equipped with fridge, 4 ring stove with oven, coffee machine, cooking and eating utensils.

Also included : cotton bed linen, 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person (for indoor use only).

Fresh linen and towels provided weekly.

Our homes have sparkling views of the water and green surrounding the property. They are bathed in sunlight and cooled by the sea breeze.

The sandy beach and glittering water is a breath away and so welcoming you can enjoy it from early morning to late night under the moonlight.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.Wunderschön fanden wir, dass sie mit zwei Terassen ausgestattet ist, von denen man einen direkten Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat auf kleine Bemängelungen sofort reagiert, besser kann man es wirklich nicht erwarten.

Relaxation by the sea

The property was perfect for our purposes: to see something of Halkidiki and Macedonia in a leisurely way while spending lots of downtime in a very comfortable apartment with gorgeous views.

Second Visit

This is our second year staying at the apartment and our stay was every bit as lovely as the first. The location is ideal for a family as the beach is stunning the sea is lovely, calm and warm to swim in (I would recommend getting swim shoes as the stones as you get in can hurt softer feet). The hotel next doors does nice romantic type meals while the bbq place up the hill has a play park and lastly the fish restaurant (even though they have the sign of a chicken) up the hill is lovely too. The home its self is lovely and the balcony area is spacious for sitting out in an evening. The caves close by are a must see as they are truly amazing and quite awe inspiring.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer welches wirklich gerademal in 10 (zehn!!!) Schritten entfernt liegt ist phänomenal. Super liebe Gastgeber. Wäschewechsel während des Aufenthaltes. Frisches Obst zur Begrüssung und Abschiedsgruss. Man kann es einfach nur genießen

Perfect relaxing break

My wife, our 6 year old son and I had a really enjoyable stay here. The area is perfect for the beach and in easy reach of some very good restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning and breath taking views. Our hosts were most kind and always on hand if we needed them (especially since our flight was delayed to some unearthly hour and we failed to go to the correct address). The beach is blue flag and during our stay the sea was clear and warm, perfect for a swim. Such a lovely relaxed stay has exceed our expectations and we hope to be back soon.

Brilliant Seaside Apartment

We returned to this lovely apartment on the seafront at Geoponika Beach having spent a couple of weeks here in 2019. Nothing has changed and we were delighted to renew our acquaintance with Penelope, the owner, who could not have been more helpful or make us feel more welcome. The accommodation is immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and well provisioned. The location is perfect for a beach holiday and would suit couples and families with small children. The beach is literally across the road from the apartment, which is situated in a small group of similar holiday homes in an enclosed and secure area with very simple access. It is generally very quiet and peaceful and parking is easy adjacent to the property. Geoponika beach is popular with greek holidaymakers and not many english voices were heard during our stay. The beach is safe and well serviced with bars and a small number of very acceptable taverna restauarants. We absolutely loved our stay this time around and it was a pleasure to see Penelope and Constantinos once again. If you want a safe, totally chilled-out beach holiday this is definitely a must!

Schönes Appartment direkt am Meer

Lage: Wir hatten das App.Nr.6 (Olympia) mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Lage ist phantastisch: Man muss nur die Strandstraße überqueren und ist sofort am Sand-Kieselstrand. Der Strand selber ist wenig frequentiert, die meisten Strandbesucher*innen dieses Strandabschnitts scheinen Einheimische zu sein. Es empfiehlt sich Badeschuhe zum Einstieg ins Meer zu tragen. Das Wasser ist klar und sauber und flach abfallend, also auf jeden Fall etwas für Kinder. Man kann beim Schnorcheln viele Fische, Schnecken und auch Muscheln beobachten. Es gibt keine öffentl.Verkehrsmi Shopping: Nea Propontida ist touristisch noch nicht so erschlossen wie z.B. der Nachbarort Nea Kalikratia, was sein Für und Wider hat. Shoppen gehen kann man hier eher nicht. Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in einer Entfernung von ca.1km, die alles Wichtige führen, sehr freundliche Besitzer*innen haben und auch sehr günstig sind. Alle andere Sachen wie z.B. Urlaubsmitbringsel muss man in dem Nachbarort kaufen. Dieser wiederum bietet alles, was das Shoppingherz begehrt. Ein Ausflug dorthin (zu Fuß ca. 50min.) lohnt sich! Aber auch für Kinder gibt es dort tolle Spielmöglichkeiten, mehrere Sandstrände, tolle Restaurants und Cafes. Das Städtchen ist sehr lebendig, die Menschen freundlich und liebenswürdig. Restaurants: Wir haben mangels Alternativen nur das Sun Beach Resort (ca. 50m von der Unterkunft entfernt) getestet. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert - zumindest aus Vegetarier-Perspektive. Ausstattung des Appartments: Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und noch viel besser: Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat zusätzlich noch einen Terassenzugang mit Blick aufs Meer. Außerdem gibt es neben der regulären Terasse eine Terasse nur zum Sonnen mit 2 Liegen und einem Sonnenschirm. Diese ist ebenfalls gen Meer gerichtet. Nachts schläft man mit Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund ein (wenn nicht aus den umgebenenden Cafes Musik ertönt) und morgens wacht man mit Meeresrauschen auf (wenn nicht gerade der Öl-LKW vor dem Georgalas Sun Beach Resort seine Ladung vorbeibringt und seinen Laster laufen lässt). Die Internetanbindung ist perfekt, so dass man den fehlenden Fernseher nicht vermisst. Es gab sogar ein tolles Begrüßungsgeschenk von den Gastgeber*innen. Gastgeber*innen: Was soll ich sagen? Einfach toll, freundlich, perfekt! Kommunikation via Mail und Telefon war schnell und problemlos, ebenso das Ein- und Auschecken. Penelope, Tania und Constantinos sind ganz liebe Menschen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Urlaub wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben.

Das Objekt "GeoMare Holiday Homes" ist in super Strandlage. Die Wohnung Nr. 1 ist für 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist mit seiner Einfriedung für Fam. mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Nach dem baden im Meer warten zwei Duschen im Garten. Es ist eine Waschmaschine zur freien Benutzung im Waschhaus vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch Tanja; Penelope und Constantinos war super. Es war immer einmal am Tag jemand anwesend und ansprechbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Superb Beachside Property

The property is part of a group of beachside apartments which are all individually designed. The location is adjacent to a large and popular beach and is handily placed close to some pleasant bars and tavernas. The view from the main veranda and sundeck is superb and it takes no more than a minute to walk from the access gate to the shore. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and perfect for a summer break. There is air conditioning in the main room but we did not need it at all as the normally there was sufficient breeze to keep the temperature comfortable added to which the mosquito blinds over doors and windows meant that fresh air circulated with no little buzzing creatures. We had no need of any insect repellent during the whole stay. Our host, Penelope, could not have been more helpful or kind and we really loved our two week stay in her superb property. We will defintitely consider a return visit.

Very nice property, very nice & beautiful beach, and the famous Greek hospitality, we were very happy and satisfied with everything. It was a real pleasure and the host family gave us an rememberable and unique experience of friendship. highly recommended. We loved it !

Thanks for your hospitality!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacy, well-maintained holidayhome. Swimming in the morning and the evening and lots of things to see nearby during the day! Tessaloniki, Vergina, swimming on the Olympus, Dion, Arnea, a boattrip from Ouranoupoli to a quiet island for swimming and walking on the boulevard at night in Polychrono... and all of this and more within 10 days. We love to change our destination every year but we might come again!

Hvala jos jednom familiji dadakis !!!

Ovom prilkom se zahvaljujemo familij dadakis, imali smo samo pozitivna iskustva. Idialno je za klince imamo ih troje, tako da su nam babe i dede isto bili sanama, Odusevljeni su bili i oni, planiramo dogodine na isto meso... Mi smo od onih koji vole aktivan odmor. Posto zivimo u dosta bucnoj i stresnoj sredini... Ovde smo imali prilike da se stvarno odmorimo .Imali smo jedan hitni slucaj sa dedom (opekotinu na nogama)tako da nam je Gospodja dadakis po tom pitanju stvarno pomogla, bila je sa nama kod lekara pa su dedu previli...i opet mu je bilo dobro! Morao je 2 dana provest u sobi ali mu je pomoglo. Mirno je mesto nedaleko od grada, (Nea Kalikrathia) tako da ako neko zeli provod ima ga u gradu, 3Km od Nea Kalikrathia se nalaizi Geoponika , koja ima predivna mesa i obalu za setnju i sitnog peska gde god pogledas.Hvala jos jednom familiji dadakis !!!
