Welcome to Sapphire! The Sapphire has some of the best amenities, starting with the 100 yard pool, world class spa, movie and game room! This suite is on the 13th floor and has almost 1800sqft of living space. Reserve your space at one of the cabanas, take a walk along the beach or relax on the balcony. Our focus is to make your time here as pleasant as possible. This modern 3 bed/2 1/2 bath condo with almost 1800 sqft of living space easily sleeps 8 people. It has a comfortable open layout with views to the beach as well as the Laguna Madre Bay, the views of the sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing!
The Sapphire towers are themselves, host to the very best amenities on the entire island, including: -Large Private Swimming Pools -Children`s Pool -Expansive and Lush Landscaped Grounds -Fully Equipped Fitness Center -Full-service Day Spa -Teen Game Room -Private Theater Room -Beach wagon
We’ve got beach towels for everyone! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Sapphire or Sonny’s, right next to Margaritaville, has rentals, and the Holiday Inn does too. If you’re looking for a cabana by the pool, you can book one 24 hours in advance at the front desk. Plus, there’s no extra charge for the poolside chairs!
Baby crib, high chair and a pack & play are available upon request for an additional fee.

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.
The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.
South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!
IMPORTANT NOTICE –****STRICT CANCELLATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 95% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. SAPPHIRE CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS. By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.
Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.

It was a beautiful unit - clean, plenty of sleeping space, fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the view from the balcony was blocked by the building in front of us. I was truly disappointed by that especially since the pictures from the website did not indicate the obstructed view.

To clarify for future guests, there are 3 photos on our listing that clearly show the building in front of the beach balcony. It is a partially obstructed view since the view of the North side/windows is unobstructed. We manage multiple privately owned condos at Sapphire and our photos represent exactly the views from each property. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting you again soon!

We had a great time on our girls trip! The condo was perfect and the host was very prompt to respond and accommodating when I needed to make a change! Would definitely stay here again! The view from our room was gorgeous!

Best unit in South Padre
The owners were far more communicative than other local property managers. The place was wonderful with many thoughtful touches. This is the only unit we've found that provides a vaccum for picking up sand after little ones--a must at the beach. Highly recommend. We will return.

Great management communication
I havent been to south padre in a while bit this condo made it even better.. pictures are just like the condo.. they have an electric grill on the patio thats great for burgers n hot dogs.. the only negative i have to say one of the staff members was rude to us since we had music on at a low volume.. He asked questions 1st to get my room number then said turn the music off or i will give you a citation.. he was a jerk !! We want to extend an extra day and the manager quickly respond back and made it happen !! TY !!

This place was great for our family. We were able to use the variety of sleep arrangements to meet everyone’s needs. Very comfortable space! The only thing I felt a bit confused about is the pools. You only have access to the long pool to the right but the pictures made me think it was all the pools you could see below.
