Wake up to the sound of waves and fall asleep to breathtaking sunsets! This spacious and stylish 3-bdrm, 2.5-bath condo sits high on the 9th floor, offering stunning views of both the beach and the bay—the best of both worlds.

Located steps from the sand and close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, this is your home base for the perfect beach getaway. Whether you`re here to unwind, explore, or soak up the sun—this is the place to do it in style.

Baby crib, high chair and a pack & play are available upon request for an additional fee.

The Sapphire towers are themselves, host to the very best amenities on the entire island, including:

We’ve got beach towels for everyone! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Sapphire or Sonny’s, right next to Margaritaville, has rentals, and the Holiday Inn does too. If you’re looking for a cabana by the pool, you can book one 24 hours in advance at the front desk. Plus, there’s no extra charge for the poolside chairs!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

IMPORTANT NOTICE –****STRICT CANCELLATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 95% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL BE CHARGED A $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. SAPPHIRE CONDOMINIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS. By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. The Guest further agrees that if the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitor violates any Sapphire Condominium rule and a fine, fee, penalty, or charge is imposed, the Guest will be fully financially responsible for paying that amount.

NOTE: A $500 DAMAGE/FINE DEPOSIT WILL APPEAR AS A HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD (THIS IS NOT A CHARGE). THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. HOWEVER, IF YOU INCUR A FINE DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES, THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE USED TO COVER THAT FINE.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Condo Rules:

- Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to guest arrival.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.
- Children must not be left unattended on balconies.
- The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid identification document is required at check-in.
- A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including infants and children. Exceptions are not allowed.
- Only registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
- Only owners are permitted to have guests.
- Candles are not permitted in the condominium.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with Sapphire regulations may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.

A beautiful, welcoming, and warm rental that felt like home. Love this floor plan that includes both balconies without leaving your condo to view. Communication and rental process are fantastic from this owner. Thank you for all the little touches that make a stay a the beach relaxing and comfortable. Made our trip enjoyable to pack light knowing things beach towels, dish soap, kindly are included from this host. And beach side loungers and umbrellas are available at the property. Beds are comfortable and thank you for the extra shades on the windows if you feel like sleeping in. The kitchen also nicely supplied for preparing any meal, but we sampled lots of restaurants while visiting the island. Views are best on the island for the beach front. Thanks again. We will be back.

Beautiful space and great location. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved the layout and was perfect size for my family, giving everyone, included active 9 year old room to stretch out. Well furnished and comfortable. We lived the two different balconies. The main balcony overlooks the beach and pool area. While we could hear the music from nearby music venue on Friday and Saturday nights while sitting in balcony, the unit was quiet and still indoors. Umbrella and chair rentals booked up quickly on weekends but there are nearby rentals that do set ups nearby. We were able to get Saphire chair and umbrella rentals on Monday. They were conveniently placed near the water and straight out from the boardwalk. The wagon in the unit was a definite bonus and made transporting toys and cooler so much easier. We all enjoyed our stay and agreed this was one of the best unit rentals we have had on SPI!

We loved our stay in this condo! The view was absolutely perfect, and the condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. This was our first trip to South Padre, and without a doubt, this condo played a big part in making it such a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again.
