This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit #163 is ground level and 2nd unit from the beach (approximately 20 paces). Deeming it 'almost' ocean front with stunning views.
The following is provided for your comfort: high efficiency Fujitsu A/C and ceiling fan; FREE WiFi; Flat-screen HD Smart TV; CD player with input jack for playing your digital music; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; small fridge with separate freezer door (there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board; DVD player. Let us carry you away with ocean breezes and the beauty of the Garden Isle in comfort in 163! You can BBQ poolside or enjoy the serenity of private Waipouli Beach from the comfort of your lanai.
163 is in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes: * Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. * A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges. * A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
Cancellation Policy: * Please refer to the cancellation terms listed on the platform you booked with for full details. * All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email and must be processed through the same platform where the reservation was made. * We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

Great location!
Just steps away from the beach….sunrise then full moon rising over the ocean. Quiet, near great activities and restaurants and about half way between Princeville and Poipu. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing view of ocean. Room in need of deep cleaning.
This room has an amazing view & most amenities needed. The ocean is a 10 second walk from your lanai. Sunrise is spectacular & you will find many other guests to share the experience with. It is a short walk from Lava lava restaurant which makes for easy breakfast & convenient cocktails & yard games. Daily yoga at Kauai shores hotel. Pool, hot tub, grill, lovely & super close. The grounds are immaculate.
The room, however, is desperately in need of a deep cleaning. Mold on curtain, shower curtain, wall appliances, vents. Built up goopy dust on lamps & behind bed. Stains on lamp shade and bed covers. Dirt on dishes and utensils.There is a locked door to adjacent room & sound carries as if you are in the same room as your neighbors.
We loved our stay but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

We kindly request our guests to inform us at check-in if they encounter any issues with their room, as this gives us the opportunity to address and resolve them promptly. Had we been notified immediately, our cleaning team would have been dispatched to address any cleanliness concerns you had. We are currently in the process of systematically replacing curtains in the units around check-ins, so that matter has already been taken care of. Since receiving your review, we have spoken to our cleaner, and the unit will be scheduled for a deep clean without delay. We sincerely appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, although we wish it had been mentioned earlier.
