Escape and relax at VillaPlaya, a beautifully decorated 2nd-floor 3BR/2BA condo in Beachside Villas, tucked between 30A and the sugary white sand of Seagrove Beach - and one pet is welcome with approval. The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, and balcony access, and the fully stocked kitchen is ready for meals shared with family and friends.

The king master suite has a private bath, with balcony access for the warm Gulf breeze over morning coffee or an evening drink. The second bedroom holds two full beds and the oversized third bedroom has a queen - sleeping 8 in all, each room with its own TV. A washer and dryer in the unit means no laundry comes home with you.

Beachside Villas brings a family-friendly rhythm to the week: two pools - one seasonally heated - shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball with equipment at the on-site HOA office, community charcoal grills, and Eastern Lake access for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. The location is quiet and secluded, but Seaside, Rosemary Beach, The Hub, and WaterColor are all just a few miles away, with parking for two cars at the villa.

Getting to the Beach
Beachside Villas guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline, all within a short walk or a quick ride on the community's seasonal beach shuttle. Three access points are nearby. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk connects directly to the community for the fastest route to the sand. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 5-minute walk and is also served by the shuttle. Walton Dunes Public Beach is reachable by shuttle and offers beach chair rentals if you want to travel light.

Lovely condo close to beach and beside one of the two nice pools on complex. Free shuttle to beach was very accommodating and easy to schedule. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

We had an amazing time!

We loved how close some of the shops and dining areas were and how the condo was. It was an all-around great experience and we would book it again

Easy and great!

Wonderful little condo to stay in for easy beach access! Easy instructions. Condo was nicer than expected. Super convenient to the beach. Only request is a few more bath towels for the bathrooms!

Nice family condo

Overall great experience. Great location and close to nice restaurants and shops. Quiet area and the golf cart taxi to the beach was nice. Just call and they will pick you up at your door. Condo had everything you need. We would stay there again.

The perfect condo

This condo was amazing! The decor was so cute and it was very clean upon arrival. Parking was easily accessible. We made great memories on the couch watching tv, on the balcony, and on the beach. The beach was steps away. I would come back here every year if I could!! Highly recommend this place!

Affordable and Very Nice

We only stayed in this property for 2 nights but really enjoyed our time there. The unit is very nice and kitchen had most everything you would need. I expected a standard coffee maker so I was not prepared for a Keurig maker. Complex offers a beach shuttle which is also a nice service. This area is an area that is great to have bikes and/or golf cart.

We had a great stay! Communication was exceptional. Very cute decorated condo. However, just a few pointers. The coffee table could use some work. It seems like it would be easy to tip over. It is also a little large for the space. Also, every single time we cooked (even just to scramble eggs), the smoke alarms went off! Very annoying! Finally, the instructions on how to unlock the door were confusing. It said to press the logo, but the logo wasnt a button that could be pressed. We called the office and was told that was an old set of instructions for old locks, so those need to be updated.

Shampoo and conditioner in the shower are not labeled so I had no idea what was whatThe front door would not lock The fire alarm went off both time I put toast in the toaster which frightened us terribly so I could not ever have my breakfast toastThe construction DIRECTLY in front of the master bedroom began at 7am every day including SATURDAY so no chance of sleeping in for sure!The furniture in the living room is way too big for the room size and there is no room to move TV in every room but NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use anyI cannot in good conscience recommend this unit not choose it again

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you felt the host was lovely, and I appreciate the chance to respond to the items you mentioned so future guests have the full picture. We fully disclose in the listing that a home is being built just outside the community. Pricing already reflects that temporary construction, which is outside our control. The work is not located inside the neighborhood, We checked the front door lock before your arrival and again after your departure. In both cases it was working as designed. If it gave you trouble during the stay, a quick message would have allowed us to address it for you right away. Regarding the toaster and smoke alarm, the only way a smoke detector can trigger from making toast is if the toaster produces smoke. We clean our toasters regularly, but smoke can occur if the toast is heavily toasted or crumbs need to be cleared after use. We did find the toaster operating properly after your departure and could not replicate triggering of the alarm. We will also review new labels for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers so they are easier for guests to identify at a glance. This was the first and only time our guests have struggled to identify the differences between each product. Thank you for pointing that out. Towel absorbency and furniture comfort are subjective, but we still take notes on each comment. The TV remotes and inputs provide a range of free cable and streaming services, so we provide instructions in the digital guide we emailed to you prior to arrival that we don’t show was opened, along with an 800# to contact with any issues. We do not show we were contacted during your stay to assist in any way. I’m sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations, but I do appreciate the feedback so we can keep improving.

Wonderful beach, biking, tennis family adventure

Our family had an enjoyable visit and stay at the Beach Villas. The condo was clean, had space for our family of 5 and small dog, and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans so that we could cook most of our meals from the condo. Our dryer was not working and the management company quickly replaced it in less than 24 hours. Communication was very easy and response was timely. The pools, tennis, pickle ball courts were nice and lively but not too crowded. The grills are charcoal so we did not use them but others seemed very happy. The beaches are not open to the public everywhere but the public beach access was walkable and golf cart shuttle transport was convenient and drivers were kind and friendly. At the time of our rental the condo complex management company was working with two bike companies so there are limited rental options but it was a fairly smooth experience. The bikes are well used and many are not maintained optimally but the company was quickly swapped a couple of bikes so we that we could continue to enjoy biking to other areas for beaches and shopping. Proximity to Seagrove, Rosemary beach areas was nice and enjoyable without being too crowded. Overall we had a great time and will hopefully be back to visit soon!
