The perfect 2nd floor studio condominium for a small family, friends, or romantic getaway. This unit overlooks the stunning pool and manicured grounds. Just 2 minutes down the road and you'll have your toes in the beautiful soft white sands and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You're sure to make this your spot to come back to year after year.

This comfortable little condo in a tropical setting sleeps 4 with a queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa. There's a full size kitchen and separate dining area - perfect for a home cooked meal. The bathroom is updated and modern and updated with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the private balcony with your morning cup of coffee or relaxing in the afternoon with the beverage of your choice. Updated and professionally decorated with local art and fun colors makes it a great place to lay back and enjoy the sun, sand and sea!

Head out of the complex and make a left onto Beachfront Trail. Take this road until it ends at your beach access, Walton Dunes.

Beachfront II:
Beachfront II complex is located on the south side of 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach. Enjoy sun drenched days and beautiful sunsets from your balcony. It's just a short walk to the sugar white sands. There are charcoal grills near the pool for the use of guests. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include plenty of grassy areas and picnic spots. Next to the pool is a large covered side deck. There is also a separate spa next to the large pool. For your convenience there are also coin operated washer and dryers on the ground floor.

Your stay at Beachfront Condo II 202A - Out of the Blue comes with Xplorieā€™s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahunaā€™s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Short walk to the beach

Weā€™ve stayed at this location before but not this same unit. The beach is super close and FLAT! We brought our dog and she loved it.

This is my second stay in this unit 4th at these condos. They are dog friendly short walk to beach . I will be back later this summer. This is only place I stay anymore

This is my third stay at this location. It will be my choice for as long as it is available for my beach vacation. I love that I can take my dachshunds and they are so used to the place now they are very well behaved and love the people they meet. The area is quiet and restful and all the people I have met are friendly. This is a hidden gem!

Nice place

My husband and I stayed with our dog. The place was fine and grounds and pool/hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beach. The one aspect we did not like about the area overall was the ā€œprivate beachā€ signs all over. Beaches are public property so I am not sure how they get away with this. It did not cause a problem for us, but it is annoying and elitist.

Cute and affordable place

Overall experience was good. We had plenty of bathroom linens. The only two issues we had were the bed linens for the couch bed were twin so they did not fit. The other issue was the oven. We used the oven to cook a pizza. It smoked terribly from the time it heated up until long after we turned it off. In fact it probably still smells very smokey in the room now. I opened the oven to see what could be causing such smoke before the pizza was even put in. There appeared to be some old drippings of some sort in the bottom of the oven which caused a tremendous amount of smoke. We opened the balcony doors as well as the main entrance door to relieve the smoke.

Wonderful experience The refrigerator might need to be checked it makes a loud knocking noise for about 2 minutes but it does it about every hour.

On night 3 we had an issue with the fridge letting out an obnoxious repetitive noise about two times every hour throughout the night that lasted 2-3 minutes each time. Told benchmark and said someone would check it out, Iā€™m not sure if they came or not but the fridge continued with the noise through our last night. So we were pretty exhausted during the days from lack of sleep which is unfortunate as this was our babymoon and I was really looking forward to the rest.

Short Stay

The condo is listed with a Santa Rosa Beach address, but itā€™s actually in Seagrove Beach, a 30+ minute drive on very crowded 30A to what the map shows as Santa Rosa Beach, where other family was staying. The property had 3 issues which we tried to report to Benchmark Management, but their support line disconnected multiple times. One problem was with the fridge making a loud knocking noise randomly overnight, keeping us up. So we left and went to Santa Rosa Beach. I requested a partial refund from Benchmark but that was denied both verbally and in email. Iā€™ll take our future vacation plans elsewhere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wad clean, had everything we needed but could use some updates. Icemaker didn't work, there were ice trays. I called maintenance, they are aware but waiting for owner's approval to get repaired, they offered to bring a small icemaker but we used the Ice trays. Unit also had palmetto/roaches. We didn't see them until the last morning and then my husband killed three.

Benchmark Management is not the best

I've stayed in another unit at this property before. The location is AMAZING. The property is as described online. We arrived late at night and found NO bedding for the sofa bed. When I contacted the management company, they said it would be sometime the next day before they could get it out. I called the next day, after a miserable first night, and they did not respond. I called again because who wants to repeat a night with no bedding while on vacation, and they were very rude. They finally dropped off the bedding on the evening of the 2nd day of our stay. The bedding on the main bed was also not as pictured, but a twin-sized coverlet on a queen-sized bed. This is no fault of the owner, but a management company that seems not to have its customers first. Again, the unit is nice, mostly clean (some mold on the inner shower curtain, and old air filters stored under the bed). Overall, it is an affordable unit in a great location. I just wish the property managers were actually responsive.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit met our expectations Parking was somewhat confusing. Was not clear whether you could park in the covered parking and some folks with very large vehicles occupied two covered spaces. Dog friendly was appreciated since we have a 6 lb Chihuahua but the beach was NOT dog friendly and this was a big challenge for us because we did NOT want to leave her alone in the unit. We found the "Dog Beach" in Panama City Beach. The other disappointment was the elevator was under maintenance so we could not use when leaving which was a lot of steps and work from the second floor. If occupants are older, as we are, this was a challenge and exhausting. Seems timing of this maintenance could have been scheduled in a lower volume time than end of April. These were our only concerns.
