This incredible artic pine mountain lodge has it all. Falling Waters Lodge is an elegant & spacious 5,600 sq/ft, 5 bed, 5 bath property located on just over 3 acres of private, yet open countryside. The lodge is a true log cabin designed with custom windows and doors from Finland. The lodge combines spectacular mountain & lake front views with luxury comforts including 3 indoor fireplaces, a sauna, hot tub, game room & firepit. Try your luck fishing in the catch and release lake! Pets Welcome. You'll have the entire lodge to yourself! You can explore the 3+acres of property which include the barn bar. You can fish from the Falling Waters Lodge shore (catch and release) but sorry, no swimming or boating on the lake. Located just 12 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 90 minutes from Atlanta, the Falling Waters gated community is in the heart of North Georgia's apple orchards, and wineries. Falling Waters Lodge offers unsurpassed mountain & lakeside beauty. Although, close to Ellijay's restaurants and antique shops, you'll feel a world away from it all! It's the perfect place for couples, guy/girl weekends and family getaways. We know you will enjoy your stay and our goal is to make you come back! Contact us for wedding venue rates. The gate code and door code will be sent to you prior to your stay. There is plenty of parking on the property. Owners may be onsite, staying in a separate residence.

A very lovely property we stayed at for 4 nights and had our wedding at. The views are amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped!! There's a lot of thoughtful fun added to the property for guests like DvDs in the hangout/gaming room, pool, darts, board games in both livingroom and hangout room. The host were friendly and were very easy to contact for any questions we had, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going good. I personally loved the hot and high pressure of the shower in the honeymoon suite! Everyone had a great time!

Family getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The minute you arrive, you feel a sense of calm wash over you, setting the tone for a peaceful retreat. This property has everything you could possibly need. The cabin is full of so many intricate details, creating a serene and beautiful environment. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Stepping out the back door to drop a line in the lake was so much fun we could hardly keep our guys inside. It was such a peaceful trip. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again soon!

Perfect Intimate Wedding Venue!!

We had the best weekend celebrating our weekend with 40 close family/friends. Scott and Karen made the entire process so smooth and helped in every way they could! Everyone was blown away by the beauty of the lodge and the fun we were able to have - we floated the Toccoa River, had our rehearsal nearby at a winery and could not have asked for a better place to say “I do!”

Thanksgiving Weekend

What a fantastic location! The lodge was amazing and better than expected! We spent thanksgiving weekend here and we’re blown away. Everything was perfect, the sauna, the hot tub, fishing in the lake, running through the neighborhood for morning workouts, and enjoying the views from the back deck with a glass of wine. The kitchen was perfect for preparing thanksgiving decked out with Wolf and SubZero appliances. We will be back!!

Awesome property!! Unique and spacious. The views are gorgeous!

This home was perfect for our whole family! The fireplace in the main room was a focal point. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen and eat dinner by the fire. The views are gorgeous- from the mountains to the lake and can be seen from the whole back side of the house! The lake froze during our visit which added to the ambiance. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and warm! Anything we needed they were there to help! We loved our Christmas in our very special home away from home. It is a place that will always be remembered.

Fabulous Falling Waters Lodge

I booked Falling Waters Lodge for a New Years holiday family gathering. We couldn't have been more pleased. The location is exceptional. The entire property, lake and surrounding mountains are gorgeous. Being in a private gated development it is extremely secure, quite and peaceful. The lodge itself is an architectural masterpiece. We especially enjoyed the game room, sauna and hot tub. Another highlight of our stay was visiting the many wineries, orchard stores and cideries that are mere minutes away from the lodge. Our hosts, Scott and Karen ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. I sincerely give the highest recommendation to this beautiful and spacious lodge. It is truly an outstanding vacation destination.

We've been so overwhelmed with the beauty and tranquility of the lodge that we want to share it with you and your family and friends.

Once you're here, you'll understand why we moved. The area and views are amazing, peaceful and the lodge is truly a unique place. The lodge is within a gated community, but you're going to feel like you're on the lake by yourself. The lodge has no close neighbors, so you'll have all the privacy you need.
