Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the location and the home provided a nice place to relax after sightseeing. I’m sorry the lockbox lid was difficult to lift and that the back-right bedroom’s mattress was uncomfortable and squeaky. We’ll have the lockbox mechanism checked and entry instructions clarified, and we’ll have maintenance inspect that bed to repair or replace it as needed. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again with these improvements in place. The Lucky Team

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate the note about the great location and apologize for the issues you encountered. Maintenance has been notified to inspect and repair the shower drain and to secure the pedestal sink. Housekeeping and maintenance will also check the bed frame and mattress and will evaluate replacement options if needed. We’ll review the furnishings and decor and prioritize updates where they will most improve guest comfort. I’m also sorry parking was a hassle — we will review our parking instructions/signage and look for ways to ease this going forward. Please share any additional details via your Vrbo message thread so we can follow up. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. — The Lucky Team
