Villa Coyaba 306 gulf front luxury with all new kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms - fresh new carpeting in the bedrooms.
Bring your family to this upscale, updated condo with a spacious sectional for family gatherings in the living area. Watch your favorite shows and teams on the large-screen Smart TV..
**The fireplace is decorative only- it is not operational.**
All bedrooms have a Smart TV and 100% cotton sheets.
Master bedroom with KING, private bathroom with jetted tub, dual head showers
Second bedroom with NEW KING BED (early 2024), shares Jack and Jill bathroom with third bedroom.
Third bedroom with twin beds , shares Jack and Jill bathroom with second bedroom.
Fourth bedroom with 2 queens beds, adjoining bathroom.
Our own housekeepers assure you of a sparkling clean condo - with special attention to the bathrooms with their 100% cotton towels, soaps and hair dryers in every one.
The kitchen has is stocked with new pots and pans and upgraded plates and utensils. Relax on our kitchen bar stools - or enjoy a family game around the large dining table.
*Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Need a crib? Your Friend at the Beach has discounts with local crib delivery company.
YFAB has two other condos on the third floor and two on the first floor - so inquire about discounts if you reserve more than one condo for your family reunion or friend's getaway.
As your friends at the beach, we have a digital guide book that lists all of our favorite restaurants and shops as well as a directory of everything from babysitters to medical services to amusement parks!
You will have two reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage. There are no guaranteed third spots, just eight visitor spots but they are not reserved and fill up quickly. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!
Relax on the private beach - beach chairs (2 chairs/1 umbrella) provided March to October.
Gym Hours 9am - 9pm
Pool is heated seasonally -one of the few area pools to be heated through the entire winter into the spring!

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Highly recommend this property! Our entire party was impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The view was just as it is in the pictures. Two parking spaces came in handy as we rented 2 golf carts and able to park them there. It is clear the owners maintain this property with care and detail. Would recommend this property (and others by this owner) to anyone!

Beautiful condo

The condo was just gorgeous. Very well equipped and comfortable. We cook a lot on vacation and there was plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The pools were amazing and the location in Santa Rosa was charming. The beach was beautiful. The only drawback for some was the stairs going down to the beach. Just something to be aware of, but can clearly be seen in pictures that are posted. We loved it and hope to be back again next year!

Great week at the Beach!

Weā€™ve stayed at Villa Coyaba many times but have never stayed stayed at a YFAB property. They did a great job from booking to check out making sure we had everything we needed and so much more. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The personal touches- welcome towel, wine, stocked hand/bath soaps, laundry detergent, and toilet paper didnā€™t go unnoticed and not something other management companies provide. We didnā€™t need anything during our week but have no doubt if we would have needed something they would have been there with a quick response. Will definitely book with YFAB in the future.

We ended up buying a bunch of beach toys for our kids and left them for the next visitor. My only recommendation would be to update the patio furniture. The condo can accommodate 8, but the patio table can only seat 4. Itā€™s old and needs some updating! Otherwise a great rental! We canā€™t wait to return next March!
