The kitchen has is stocked with new pots and pans and upgraded plates and utensils. Relax on our kitchen bar stools - or enjoy a family game around the large dining table.
*Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Need a crib? Your Friend at the Beach has discounts with local crib delivery company.
YFAB has two other condos on the third floor and two on the first floor - so inquire about discounts if you reserve more than one condo for your family reunion or friend's getaway.
As your friends at the beach, we have a digital guide book that lists all of our favorite restaurants and shops as well as a directory of everything from babysitters to medical services to amusement parks!
You will have two reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage. There are no guaranteed third spots, just eight visitor spots but they are not reserved and fill up quickly. The entrance to the underground parking garage only measures 7'1". Please measure any large vehicles to be sure they fit!
Relax on the private beach - beach chairs (2 chairs/1 umbrella) provided March to October.
Gym Hours 9am - 9pm
Pool is heated seasonally -one of the few area pools to be heated through the entire winter into the spring!

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
