Welcome to the ‘Resting Piper’ cottage. Enjoy your stay at this fully renovated three-bedroom one bathroom cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac. This property is .5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to downtown with the summer trolley stop one house away. This new to market rental includes fully appointed modern beach decor with updated amenities and year-round accommodations. Enjoy the gas fireplace for those cool nights or come in the summer/fall to enjoy the sunny days on the brand-new outside deck and outside shower. Prime location in Ogunquit which is close to restaurants and the coveted Footbridge Beach are in walking distance. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric range and oven, with an eat in countertop. Feature and benefits also include a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV and heat and air conditioning for your use. Enjoy one of three bedrooms which accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds. Enjoy a dining table in the sunroom that accommodates 6 or relax on the large wrap around deck with seating for 10. The back yard includes privacy with a gas grill, outside dining, and an outside shower. Sit back and enjoy the days close to the sea.

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was immaculate and had wonderful amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, fluffy towels for all of us etc. beds were comfortable and the location was central to all we wanted to do. (Prelude, Ogunquit, York). Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The host is very welcoming and responsive. Our visit was in cold weather, so we appreciated the warmth of the gas fireplace and the convenience to restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely want to stay here again!

5/5 STAY!We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so cozy the moment we walked in. The layout was great for our family — plenty of space to relax together, but also room to spread out. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and coffee in the morning.The location couldn’t be better — just a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was peaceful, quiet, and truly felt like a retreat.Communication with the host was excellent as well — very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Ogunquit!

Fantastic home in Ogunquit

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Ogunquit. From the moment we walked in it was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a fun week in Ogunquit. In addition, the location couldn’t be better for access to downtown, beaches and other near by spots. Home is modern and has a great peaceful deck area to enjoy. We hope to get a chance to return.

Ogunquit Weekend Getaway

Great location, near restaurants and shopping, Three bedrooms, beautiful interior. All new kitchen, new appliances, and a nice gas fireplace! Normal-sized bathroom, all utilities worked perfectly. Very clean and well stocked with needed items. We would stay again!

Sisters get away

Had a wonderful time at this cottage with our annual sisters getaway. Comfortable. Each had our own bedroom. Everything was new and redone. Well stocked kitchen. Close to town and beach and the Ogunquit playhouse.

What an adorable gem!

What a wonderful little house! And although small, we had 6 adult women stay for a long girls weekend and did not feel crowded at all. Hats off to the owners on the renovation, primo! The kitchen was well appointed as well, and the location is great. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. We love the area in the restaurants. The place was fantastic. It was clean. It’s so close to both Wells and Ogunquit!We meandered the back roads along the ocean. I’d give this place 10 a perfect score.

Perfect Christmas getaway

We had the most wonderful stay at the charming cottage in Ogunquit Maine over Christmas. From the moment we booked, Lisa our host, was fantastic in communicating with us. She made sure we had all the details we needed and was very accommodating to our needs. When we arrived, the cottage was absolutely spotless. It was clear that Lisa takes great pride in maintaining the property, the cottage was absolutely spotless. The space itself was cozy, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect close to everything, Ogunquit has to offer but tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy. We love the atmosphere, especially during the winter months when the town was less crowded. Overall, our experience was incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or more perfect place to spend our holiday. We highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ogunquit. We will for sure be working with Lisa again.

This was the most wonderful place everything is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.Lisa is such a great hostess any questions she was right there with the answers.From 0-10 this was 100!!We are definitely staying here again.BTW everything is in walking distance which makes it so convenient.It snowed while we were there and the neighbors came and cleaned the porch and walk.

The best getaway home ever!

I traveled here with my mother and my spouse, and honestly, I could live here. The check-in process was simple, the space was cozy, clean, and comfortable and felt like home the minute we opened the door. I could not find any fault with these accommodations and highly recommend Piper's Rest for your stay in Ogunquit. Not only was the home well-kept, clean, and safe, it was within walking distance to most attractions and the trolley. The town was beautiful and offered lots to do, but we could have happily stayed cozied up on the big sofa reading books or drinking coffee on the porch.

This property was WONDERFUL. So, so clean and modern. Well appointed! Perfect amount of space for me and my two sons. Footbridge Beach is about 1/4-1/2 mile away so walking is an option!

Fabulous Family Maine Beach Week

The cottage is newly renovated with modern beachy accents. It had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms for the kids. We loved the outdoor shower. It’s also a great location - walkable to town and footbridge. Highly recommend!!
